I had to take my ring in almost multiple times a month because the prongs were not strong enough to hold the stone. They fixed it every time within a day. After several months of this happening they offered to replace the crown on my ring for a very reasonable price! The customer service there is amazing and I will never go to another jeweler as long as Im in EP!

Great customer service! They replaced some stones on my ring, and the jeweler did it within fifteen minutes!! I thought it was going to take maybe a week but the service was incredible. It looked brand new when I got it back.

Picked up a few rings here for my girlfriend. Love the selection. Service was exceptional. They kept the shop open an extra 15 minutes just to accommodate my crazy schedule. Only place Ill go in El Paso.
