Unable to change my watch battery. Tried to send me to a watch store in boulder. Didnt bother to even look at my watch to see if he could fix it. Just wanted above and beyond helpful and didnt get it. Ended up going to The Jeweler on north Main St. Definitely a step up in friendliness and helpfulness.
