Preface: I have never written a bad review on any company and likely will never again HI Roger, Just want to let you know I have decided to work with another jeweler. For the last roughly 2 months I have gotten the vibe that our job was not worth your time. Maybe it is a cheap job for you, but a wedding ring commemorates the most important time thus far in our lives. I was happy to pay more for confidence in the finished product, the artist/jeweler, and that it would be finished on time. I asked you simple questions, most of which you did not answer. You took days or more to respond to my emails every time. Even at the 11th hour you would not call me back to let me know if you could do the job or not. Then when I followed up, you offered a product that you told me you could not do in the first place, tungsten, laser etched, which is not the look I am looking for and was very clearly defined in all of our correspondence and imagery that I sent you. I too am in a service/sales industry, and would not get any work from clients if I blew them off the way you have me, not once but a handful of times. I made one simple call today and emailed the same info you had for weeks and was given a price and customer service and the confidence necessary to move forward. Im fully confident that they will produce the product I am looking for. They had convincing answers to every question and treated me like my purchase was worth their time. Instead of telling me good luck with the design, they said it was great and easy for them to work with. Instead for no reason saying they might not be able to do the sun, they ensured that they could pull off every last detail without a hitch, even in the limited time frame which is solely due to your lack of timely response again and again. If I had it to do over I would have quit wasting time and effort with you when you gave me the first blow off response well over a month ago. Honestly, I felt insulted by your lack of consideration to our job and would NEVER recommend anyone work with you.

I just wanted to say that Roger Tapia (the owner) is a blessed person. He was willing to help me out when I was trying to get a wedding ring and engagement ring. I didnt have the money to put the ring on layaway so I was going to use my electronic torque wrench which is valued at $400 as a down payment. This wonderful man saw that I was serious about the ring, but told me to keep the torque wrench because he knew I needed it. He then told me if I could come up with the money in 2 weeks, he would put the ring on hold for me. Talk about customer service! Although, due to circumstances, I was not able to purchase the ring. However, I wanted to let people know that Roger is a gem and I am more than happy to write this experience of mine for him. Thank you, and may God Bless you always.

We love Creekside! Michele and Roger are the best, my hubby and I got our wedding set through Creekside in a timely manner, and we are regular customers there. The customer service is great, and the store itself as well as the merchandise is absolutely beautiful! Its a shame ES had a bad experience, that is the first time I have ever heard anyone have a bad time there, Creekside is a well-known store with well-liked owners.

Roger is the best...kept all his promises, delived a CUSTOM unique product (wedding ring) that exceeded any and every expectation. I later took the ring to some of the "big jewlers"...the could not even come close to Rogers price and quality. Far supperior in every way. Sad to hear ES had a bad experience, that is not typical of creekside.
