I met Martin when he worked with Mr. John and created, repaired, maintained and appraised many pieces for my family. After being told that they simply couldnt help me with a battery replacement as well as with fixing another watch at Ron Rs. Went to The Jeweler and was pleasantly surprised. He changed my batter as well as did his best to fix my watch. Way more then I expected and I appreciated it. Will definitely use again.
