Called in about a simple o-ring to reconnect a piece of jewelry to a chain. They couldnt help me on the phone so I drove down. They have a "contracted" jeweler? With a table box full of crap parts that Im sure Id need. Just an o ring. They cannot help me on their regular business day. Crap shoot sales women brought me in for nothing.

I didnt stay long! I was so uncomfortable here. There was a manager or supervisor named Sharron or Shannon, I heard something along those lines, who was rude to her employees and it made the atmosphere so uncomfortable. Ill have to try again another day and hope she wont be scheduled that day.

The worst experience Ive ever had, they care more about commission instead of listening to what a customer wants. ryan should be a car salesmen he is a liar with broken promises who wont leave you alone even after you tell him youre not Intreasted in a stupid sale.
