I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from a different branch of Samuels Jewelers. At the other branch, they really took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. The ring was fantastic and was admired by many. Samuels Jewelers has been great about sending me coupons and notifying me of great deals via email. This branch of Samuels however has been less than helpful. I have gone into this store 2 times now and have walked away frustrated with the manager each time. I wanted to get a particular setting that my significant other would like, but wanted to switch out the diamond and/or stone for something that fits her style a little better. After some coercion they were willing to make a switch, but only after I shell out $100 to switch them. After I claimed that I thought the $100 was a little excessive, the manager just walked away. I understand that I requested something above and beyond a typical sale, and I understand that request could likely warrant additional costs, but the manager was rude and his unwillingness to further work with me on creating a unique piece just forced me to go somewhere else with a sour taste in my mouth. I wont be returning to this branch.

My wedding band and engagement ring were purchased here in 2013. I have lost over 10 diamonds on different occasions off both rings. They have been in and out of headquarters for each occasion and gone for a month at a time. I have received "nice" but inconsistent and false information every time from employees both at the store and at the home office with every interaction. I am devastated at the quality of customer service this company has provided. Rather making things right the first time they would rather slop together a resolution to make you feel satisfied. I unfortunately havent been able to stay away from the store for more than 6 months due to reoccurring issues with diamonds falling out. While Longmont was under construction we had to drive all the way to Wyoming to get things resolved. Working with Jim at the new Longmont store has gave me faith back in Samuels. He went the extra mile to make things right and the turn around time more quick. The quality of the work done locally was a breath of fresh air and much appreciated. He was very thorough to follow up with me and guarantee our satisfaction with the warranty work.

I had a wedding ring custom designed at Samuels and Im so happy with the whole process and the final product. Both the designer and the store associate, Steve, were so helpful. They listened to everything I had to say about the design I wanted down to the smallest detail. They also had wonderful insights. The designer made a wonderful suggestion to incorporate the filigree from my engagement ring into the wedding ring design which turned out beautifully. The final product is absolutely stunning and I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I bought a 3 stone diamond ring at 2,700.ive had it for 10 yrs over a year ago the salesman told me they were closing this store.I wasnt going to drive to co springs to have my ring checked,ive had two back surgeries I have to take 3different pain pills so I wouldnt drive.tonite I found out they never moved there in the same Longmont store my ring has been in safe for 3 yrs. Im gonna raze hell when I take it in.
