I have been a Jared customer for quite some time now and every experience has been better then the last, except for when I went in there today to purchase a bracelet for mothers day for my mom and sister. I had a $100 off coupon if I spend $100 or more. So that is what brought me into Jared today, when going in I did not expect to be greeted by a snobby, rude woman who stated what my discount covers and what it absolutely does not cover (Pandora). Thats all well and good, I asked her to show me the bracelets and to keep the price of each under $100 so that when I spend $200 I get $100 off...not too much to ask for a simple purchase. Instead of providing customer service, I was provided judgmental, snobby, rude service from both of the individuals that "assisted" me. I did not get her name (probably because she never said what it was, hence the terrible service) I did however, get the males name which was Evan. He was EXTREMELY rude when it came to my choices of what jewelry I was interested in purchasing. He showed me a very small selection of necklaces (even after I said I didnt want a necklace) and said, "Well, these are more fitting for the price youre paying) He also said that I should get the "metal care" warranty because "WHEN THE NECKLACES BREAK, ITS NOT COVERED UNLESS I BUY IT"....Seriously? "When they break"? Youre selling me an item that you are positive that will break? Ridiculous... Jareds bracelet selection is less than desirable and the bracelets that they were both showing me were either way out of the price I wanted to pay, or completely opposite designs. When a customer requests spending $100 on a bracelet, you dont start showing $200 - $500 dollar pieces and then make remarks like well this is nice, but its too expensive for what youre paying. Like...really? I dont write reviews normally, but I felt very compelled to write one about the "service" I received at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry today because they absolutely lost a customer for life due to the horrible service from not one, but two "sales associates"....Plus, Shane Co. offers a way better selection of jewelry and absolutely fantastic customer service. (Plus you dont have to pay extra for a warranty)

Giving this place one star because it is managed by the most uneducated, rude, and dishonest "manager" that I have had the displeasure to work with. Kathy Honz acts overly nice when she wants to sell you something; however when time comes to listen to a customer complaint and really LISTEN to the problem, she tends to be glassy eyed and throws out her useless info, "been general manager for 20 so years..." blah blah blah. Even when there is proof that the she is wrong she has nothing to say but continue to deny any wrongdoing. Horrible customer service. Had sizing repair done so poorly ring was completely altered. IGI control inscription, PT marking and logo completely filed out on inside of band. Platinum was not added to size ring up as they stated, but instead Jared filed and stretched ring to larger size, thinning out original rounded band to flat band. When the poor job was pointed out, both Madie, Jeweler, and Kathy all claim they didnt see anything wrong with ring. My detailed review of this horrible place is on Yelp, with pictures to show the horrible job they did with sizing of my diamond ring that cost over $10K. This is the most unprofessional group that I have encountered at Jared so far, and Ive been doing business there since they opened up in the 90s. However, after this experience, I will never use another Jared again, which is too bad, because there are some good sales associates and managers in other stores, but thanks to Kathy and her lying group, I no longer have faith in this chain. After much research, this place has been going down hill and continues to be poorly rated time and time again - BUYER BEWARE. I will take my 6 month inspections somewhere else and be more than happy to pay an honest jeweler to inspect when needed.

Not very impressed my second time around, I purchased my engagement rings here, custom order for one for sizing, great experience, delivery time was excellent. Went back in on Dec 14 to get wedding rings, again same thing had to have one custom ordered because of the size, Was told it would be in January and of course its not. They told me it would be in Early to Mid February. I am getting married in Mid-February. This is not enough time! If the ring needs to be re sized or whatever the case may be, thats not sufficient time to have this ring in when it was order well over a month ago. Call back on Jan 22, and guess what. No Change. Date is further DELAYED. Seriously? This is how you do business? This is HORRIBLE!! UNACCEPTABLE!! INCONVENIENT!! RUDE with absolutely no compassion for the matter. Emailed corporate about a week ago and havent heard anything from them either. I had physically called corporate and the woman told me "Maybe you and your fiance should go back into the store and pick out another ring then if its not going to come in time" EXCUSE ME? This is my wedding ring that i decided with my fiance to purchase. I am not just going to go "pick another ring". This was ordered on DECEMBER 14!!! Its not also a ring that is anything crazy. This is basic white gold with diamonds. They are blaming it on their supplier overseas. What am I going to do my WEDDING DAY when i dont have a WEDDING RING? Update 01/30 THANKS TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE i was told that they havent heard from the supplier and they have NO idea when and IF the ring will come in at all. FORCING me to have to find something else 3 weeks before my wedding. Nice Business Practices. DO NOT SHOP AT JARED

My 6 month inspection was up, so I bring in my rings. The girl at the desk in the inspection area was in a rush to go home and inattentive to her work and said someone els would take over l gave the other girl all I needed to give her. Then left my rings at Jareds. The next day Jareds called me back to ask me what my engraving was I said, excuse me? So They basically wiped out our engravings and dates how sad is that? Its an engraving meaning sentimental!!! that just hurts that all of this could have been prevented if someone was paying attention to work!! I even told her Iv been getting my rings inspected for the past 3 years with Jareds this has never happened !!!! I told her I got it engraved with Jareds so they should have the Information. I guess not! But I do! When I went to pick up my rings they were missing engravings I was so upset. Why would you tell me to come pick my rings up if they are not even engraved? I asked to speak to the manager who is really inconciderant, she would not come out and speak to me what poor customer service! I will think twice before getting your jewelry inspected or buying @ Jareds again. I went home and cried!!! Nobody should have to go through that!

I would not recommend going here!!! Where to begin? We got my ring there in June, and one of the side stones fell out in August. I went in and decided to get a new main diamond as well because the one I had was yellowish. So I asked them to switch the main diamond and replace the side one. They replaced the main diamond but not the side one, it just looked really polished to make it look like it was in there. We went back and had them actually replace the stone. We got it back and the stone they replaced was crooked, so much so that it ruined the look of the ring. I asked them to fix it and they broke the ring doing so. Finally after I was in tears and like 5 hours of waiting in there later, they gave me a new ring which I was happy with however, it isnt the one I got married in. Their system is super old and it takes them forever to look anything up. I went to Shane Company and their service was MUCH better but I went to Jared first and fell too much in love with my ring. Im just scared to go back if another stone falls out. Theyre not going to have my ring setting forever and I dont want them to break it! :(
