I highly recommend this jeweler! I couldnt be happier with the engagement ring we designed with Mike at William Crow. I was given two wedding rings from my grandmothers to re-use their diamonds in a new, custom setting. I went in with no idea what I wanted, and Mike was very patient with me as he listen to my tastes and lifestyle. He drew up a couple of options, then pulled a few existing rings to demonstrate the design options. He was very honest with us and adapted the designs to our active lifestyle so that I didnt risk losing any of the stones. I really appreciate the time he took with us to make sure he delivered something that I loved. Since my partner proposed, I havent been able to take my eyes off of my ring and I get so many compliments on it. Thank you, Mike and the whole team at William Crow, for the great service!

I have had several experiences in recent months with William Crow Jewelers. They bought some old jewelry I had been left by relatives, now gone, they sold a wonderful ring for me on consignment, they attempted to repair a turquoise ring I had, but explained carefully why they were not able to do so, and they cleaned and made right a wonderful Bulova dress watch my father had bought in the early 1950s. The service I have received from all staff members was excellent. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful items. They treated me very well and were extremely considerate of me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with jewelry. Top notch outfit!

I brought an engagement ring in to be appraised for insurance purposes and to validate the appraisal I received from the company I purchased the ring from. The appraisal came back as half of the original appraisal and even less than the purchase price, which was alarming to say the least. So I went to a 3rd appraiser, a master gemologist. This appraisal again was twice as much as Crows appraisal. I understand there can be variations when it comes to appraisals, but being tens of thousands of dollars below other appraisals? This tells me that Crow Jewelers has no idea what they are doing.

A+ customer service. Shane helped my fiancé and me create our engagement ring and we plan to work with him on our wedding bands. Shane knows his stuff - he was able to answer all of our questions (my fiancé is an engineer so he had a lot of questions about the process lol) and he helped to make our dream ring a reality. Mike was also helpful when I brought in some silver jewelry to have cleaned. Every time I come in, the customer service is excellent and I look forward to working with these guys in the future too.

Jeff has worked on my watches over the past few years at William Crowe. He is by far the most precise and talented watch expert I have encountered, and his rates are reasonable to boot. He has resized bands, replaced batteries, and completely rebuilt a rare, complicated Aquastar Regate Newport, with which I have been very pleased. He has worked on old Omegas and Tudors for friends and always provides the highest quality of work. I doubt there is a better option in Denver or the West for that matter.

Horrible. Was given estimate to fix ring which I ageed to. The sales rep called me back about a week later with another estimate ($15.00) more than first n then tried to negotiate?? I had to spk to manager. He agreed to original estimate. 4 weeks later I get call ring is ready. The setting wasnt centered. Clearly, no one inspects the work they do b4 calling customer. Manager agreed to fix. Have to wait another week b4 its done! No apolgies...nothing. Last x Ill deal with this business. Stay away.

Horrible experience. Took my Raymond Weild watch in for a battery change and staff ruined it by cracking the crystal face and bending the back plate which resulted in water getting into the watch. I confronted the staff member upon pick that he cracked the crystal face, and he denied breaking the watch. I took my watch to another vendor who confirmed the last person who changed the battery broke the watch. Ill never come back to William Crow. If you value your watch, dont bring it here.

I stopped by William Crow Jewelers on my lunch break to see if they could fix the broken, metal band of my Fossil watch. They fixed it in about 45 seconds, and charged well less than my morning cup of coffee to align the links and set the new pin. I am so very pleased, and I will definitely be back.

Ring Resizing was Sub-par!! Michael Jaster, the associate who helped me, was top-notch! Its the quality of work on my ring resizing that was disappointing. The solder joint was visible and the ring was noticeably larger than the test ring we decided to go with.

I brought in my Christian Dior watch as it needed a new battery. I was quoted by another jeweler in Cherry Creek almost 4x times what William Crow quoted me. They did a great job on my watch. I feel they are very honest and knowledgeable.
