I discovered Williams Jewelers shortly after moving to Denver from Boston. I was really just searching for a local, well reviewed jeweler to take a look at a family heirloom. Williams popped up with great reviews, and after all I have done with them, I know why. I started off my experience with Williams taking in my grandmothers engagement ring to be appraised. It was a very easy to schedule process, and even when their appraiser had to res-schedule my initial meeting, they gave me ample warning and immediately re-scheduled me the the next available time slot. I was so impressed by the service I received as well as all of the beautiful pieces I saw in the shoppe and the great location in Cherry Creek, that I casually mentioned to my boyfriend at the time how they would be my "go-to jeweler" for anything I may need. Flash forward a few months and that boyfriend of mine remembered my recommendation and went into the shop to select my engagement ring! He was very smart and brought our friend who knew what I really wanted. And even though my wish was a little out of the ordinary (an east-west set emerald cut stone...with a lot of precise details I knew I DIDNT want) Kay was about to help him pick out the most perfect ring I could ever imagine! From what I have been told about his visit there, no one tried to up sell him on anything and really just listened to what it seemed I wanted and what he really wanted me to have! I spent many more afternoons in the shop with Kay, trying on wedding bands and having a very hard time making up my mind because there were SO many beautiful options! My husband even took awhile to pick out his own wedding band, he didnt think there would be so many choices that he would like so much! My husband and I wound up moving back east during our wedding planning process, but Kay made it as easy as possible for us to still purchase our wedding bands through Williams. She was even kind enough to note any other pieces that either of us took an interest in during our numerous visits, which was a HUGE help when we each decided to purchase wedding day gifts for one another!! Since our move I have contacted Kay a number of times for help with care and maintenance of our beautiful new jewelry. Kay and the rest of the Williams team will always be one of our favorite parts of our wedding planning process!

After 20 years of marriage and raising two great kids, I wanted to do something very special for my wife last Christmas just for her and honor all shes done and been to us boys! I was referred by long time customers to Bruce Williams. He helped me through the daunting process of selecting a diamond ring unbeknownst to her! So I had to get it right on my own. Ouch. Bruce to the rescue, thankfully. Carefully finding and teaching me the ropes we found an absolutely PERFECT diamond that matched my wishes and what I felt comfortable spending. Later we found a stunning setting (with her help) for that diamond that is now simply a treasure for her the rest of her life. Truly, this diamond let her how much I loved her guys. Later, her friends noticed the ring from a distance as she walked into a room recently in the early evening! They all said it absolutely was the most brilliant and beautiful diamond theyve ever seen! My wife relates that often while driving, our Colorado sun shines through the window on her diamond creating dazzling spots of dancing lights all over the inside the car. Remarkable. Because I love her, however, I told her take it off while driving! Ha! Just kidding. Thanks again Bruce!! PS. Readers - the diamond was so well received, I had to match it with and equally stunning Emerald this Christmas!

From our first step in the door at the Cherry Creek location we were greeted with a friendly and professional atmosphere. Were pretty detail oriented people who had a specific modern european mens ring in mind, and Kay was able to find that option and several others similar to what we liked, we truly felt she was there for us and was extremely patient. We had been to several other jewelers and NONE had the selection like Williams. What makes this place five stars (beyond the great selection and service) was the fact that our ring arrived and wasnt exactly what we had expected. Kay jumped into action and worked with us to make sure the communication lines were open, and was able to redo the ring in GERMANY in ONE WEEK!! It still made it in time for our wedding. We couldnt be happier with the extra mile she went to be sure we were 100% happy with our investments. Williams Jewelers is truly in the business for good relationships, and they have ours! Highly recommend for any type of jewelry at all; they can do it and they work with you until its right.

If timing is important, be advised. I went in to discuss an engagement ring and spoke with the owner. I asked and was provided answers to questions regarding lead time and what was needed from me to properly set the $40k diamond we already had. Two weeks later I went in to make the purchase, and the owner completely changed his answers to the questions I asked weeks prior. On top of making me feel like it was my fault, no apology was given. On top of that, when negotiating price, he was very tongue-in-cheek and highly insulting of my intelligence. Price was about 4th on my list of priorities. I wanted to feel like I was working with a knowledgable and expert jeweler, and wanted my wife-to-be to be excited to visit the store and people when having regular service and cleanings performed. Unfortunately, this cannot happen here, and I left with a very negative taste in my mouth. However, Dara whom is a sales person here, is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We wish she worked somewhere else! Be advised.

I took my fiance to buy his wedding present: a new watch. Weve been on the hunt for the perfect watch for about a year. We decided to check out Williams Jewelers on a whim, after the shop we were actually trying to visit (just down the street) was closed early. We were so thrilled by what we found! Kay could not have been more helpful. She wasnt the least bit pushy, and really took the time to get to know what he was looking for. She was lighthearted, professional, very knowledgable on watches and benefits of various brands/styles/years, and ultimately helped us make a great decision. We even went to go take a walk around Cherry Creek to think about it before coming back to buy it. She greeted us like old friends when we walked back in! We got a very thoughtful handwritten thank-you note from her about a week later. We couldnt be happier with our experience and recommend Kay (and Williams Jewelers of Cherry Creek!) to anyone on the hunt for a special piece.

I went here looking for an engagement ring. When I got there I sat down with Keri to take a look at their rings. Keri was extremely helpful. We discussed Sarah (my now fiancée) and her life style and what rings may be best. I knew I wanted a sapphire instead of a diamond and Keri had a few delivered which we examined and picked the best for what I was looking for. I couldn’t find a setting I was really excited about. I already had a unique design concept that I had found in a picture online. Keri suggested that if what they had wasn’t what I was looking for, then maybe we should go the custom route. Their designer did a killer job. The did a wax mold to verify it what was I was wanting; then 4 weeks later I had the custom made ring in my hand. Keri is did an amazing job in handling my little knowledge in rings. I will be a using Williams Jewelers for all my jewelry needs in the future.
