What a delightful experience. I was the usual shopper of Kays or Zales prior to even hearing of Thollot. Per a friends recommendation for the finest jewelry made and sold, along with the greatest staff, I went to check this store out during a special event. I chose a ring that I absolutely fell in love with and bought it on the spot. Unfortunately, it was not very well made and kept losing stones, which is odd and almost never happens with this particular jewelry line (of which I have other pieces and they are made quite well). When the owners of Thollot (Troy and Joy) were made aware of this situation, they immediately responded with not only the utmost apologies but were more than happy to work with me on a new ring. Not only a new ring, a new "Thollot" made ring. Thats right...they were going to make me a special ring. It was designed to my taste and liking. It took a while to make, but they wanted to ensure that not only was it made right, but made to last for they would not hurry through such a process, which I appreciated not matter how anxious I was to get it. There was constant communication with me on how it was coming along, 3D imaging per emails, and once again, apologies. I am absolutely in love with this ring and their dedication to their craft. Even the other sales people were in awe of how beautiful it is. This store, team and jewelry is at the top of its class. The sales staff alone is worth going in for. I am grateful for all that has been done to ensure the best quality of service and products. 5 stars isnt enough.

I looked at thousands of rings on the net, they all looked basically the same, I decided to go to Thollots and just pick something out of the case, I was exhausted! Ha! I walked in and was greeted by Glen, the owners brother, I told him my sad story, he was amused and I showed him a pic of the ring I loved on Etsy, not real but loved the design of it. He said with a few changes they could design something similar, the ring I showed him was very fragile and would not hold up to casting so we got to work with Joy the owners wife and a wonderful designer as well. This ring would become a very special piece as it is my engagement ring and the center stone we used was from my now husbands mothers wedding set, so very special and an heirloom. The engagement ring came out stunning with so much intricate work and detail its amazing. We then went back a year later and had the wedding band made to match, using some baguettes from the band of his moms ring, along with a sprinkling of diamonds throughout the millgrain and lattice work of the ring. I am thrilled with the way the rings came out and how wonderful it was to work with the folks there at Thollots. In closing, I have to add that I had brought the picture from Etsy to several jewelers and I was told it was not possible to make a ring similar!! Hahahaha, we sure fooled them didnt we Glen and Joy? Thank you so much for all that you do!!

I was recommended to Thollot from a coworker. I knew when I asked him he would provide me with only the best and thats exactly what he did. I recently go a ring as a gift and from the moment I saw it, it had to be a pinky ring. I dont think that many rings are designed to be that small of a ring and this one was no different. It was originally a size 6 and I needed it all the way down to a 3. Most jewelers looked at me like I was crazy and would then try and convince me that sizing it up to fit my middle finger was probably better. But thats not what I wanted so my journey continued until I found Thollot and Joy. Joy was so warm and welcoming and didnt give me a "no" like the other places. We sat there and talked for at least 15 minutes coming up with solutions and a game plan. She was so knowledgeable and I really appreciated her spending the time to literally draw the options out for me. Then Tuesday the jewelry called and said they had a meeting and together as a team found the best solution. I was amazed that my simple(but not so simple) sizing had a team of master jewelers taking care of it. My entire experience was top notch and will follow them wherever they decide to relocate. They without a doubt the best in the area.

I absolutely recommend Thallot jewelers! I have personally not purchased anything YET, but I went into this store to sell gold from 2 yellow gold chains, the salesman and master gold smith Glenn looked at them and said "well I can buy them if you need Immediate cash, but I have a better suggestion, sense theyre in good shape and 14k gold you can sell them for double the money on craigslist!" Then he gave me an honest value of the chains!!! WOW who does that now a days?? Who is an actual honest salesman or even human?? When it came time to sell the chain on craigslist he offered his store as a safe meeting spot for me & the buyer AND he offered a value of the chain to the buyer....again with the honesty!!! I have discussed purchasing options for a yellow 14k gold crucifix for my husband and again he gave me an honest and fair price...where as another store was trying to rip me off.....now its time to save so I can buy a crucifix from Thallots Jewelers!! I highly recommend this jeweler, there are no hidden agendas, only honesty and customer service!! I will defiantly be coming back!! I feel secure purchasing and havent even purchased yet, this is a hidden gem in Thornton!!!

I cannot say enough things about Troy and Diane at Thollot Jewelers! Troy worked side by side with my husband to create my engagement ring, then my wedding band and my husbands wedding band. Their process and extreme attention to detail left both my husband and I with timeless, exquisite, high quality wedding rings. I am IN LOVE with the actual diamond in my ring. My husband picked the diamond from Troys fine selection of loose diamonds, and it did a great job. That was three years ago and since then, weve been back for more custom jewelry and diamond stud earrings. You cant beat the quality of their jewelry, or the quality of their customer service. You are never rushed and everyone is so friendly! Another huge plus--they never duplicate the jewelry they custom make for you, so I know I will never see anyone with my exact wedding ring. That was really important to me. We live in Lakewood but Thollot is worth the drive up north. Ok--Ive gushed long enough. Thank you for being amazing!! You are our jeweler for LIFE!

I had a diamond in a gold bezel that I no longer wore and had been in a drawer for over 15 years. I took it to Thollot to see what my options were. I discovered this store when I cracked some small chocolate diamonds in a ring and they were the only ones I could find who had them in stock and they did an excellent job on the repair. When I walked in I was greeted by Jessie. I explained what I was hoping to do. She made suggestions and I was able to use some smaller diamonds for a halo and we came up with exactly what I was hoping for, except that it was much more stunning than I ever imagined. Jessie was as excited about it as I was. I can tell she truly loves her job and it shows as she is very good at it. She would offer suggestions and give me her honest opinion on things with no pressure. She even suggested some future ideas for a couple of other gemstones I had. She made this whole experience fun. I will definitely be back and have already been recommending Thollot Jewelry to my friends!
