I am the third generation of my family to buy jewelery from Lougheeds, and I am sure I wont be the last. I just recently purchased a custom engagement ring for my fiancé, and of course she said yes! She complimented me on the beautiful ring and my wonderful taste in rings. I owe so much to Tom, he made picking out a ring an absolute joy and completely painless. He explained all the differences in diamond cuts, qualities and karats. It would have been a much more difficult decision and process without his help. I now know why my grandparents and parents both purchased rings and jewelery from here. I tell everyone who sees my fiancés ring, where I got it and highly recommend that they go there for all their jewelery needs.

The couple that runs and owns this store, have either, switched my mothers silver chain that was painted gold, with a chain that was completely different from the one we took in. For a 17 minute clip attachment, this chain was switched. Then trying to fix this problem in a formal manner, my mother was threatened to have the cops called on her, for trying to just get the chain back, and or have them send it to get painted.
