I walked in looking to pawn my laptop. The lady asked me what operating system the laptop had on it and I informed her it was Windows10. Without even turning on the computer she said WE cant take this because when I factory reset it then it will go back to Windows 7. I laughed a little because I thought it was a joke. Then I told her again it has Windows 10, I would be back for it in a week and I was going to buy a bicycle from them but was a little short. She said sorry WE dont want your computer. Worst customer service I have had in Denver other than McDonalds. Oh and while she was trying to tell me how little she knew about Operating systems there was a man stealing a watch from them on the other side of the counter. Dont go here if you have a computer, those ladies knew nothing and didnt want to sell a $300 bicycle either.

The store is well maintained and clean. The counter was busy when I walked in and someone came over from a project they were working on to help me sell an ipod. The price was fair and the service was quick and friendly, I would come back to this location if I was ever to pawn something else. I ended up buying a bluray while I was there for far less than the in store price. All around great experience.
