When I first moved to CO 2 years ago and was driving down Sante Fe, I saw a dancing guy holding a sign saying "watch repair". Shortly later, I walked into this inviting shop and met Jesse and Dara, the owners, and immediately felt I met new, trusted friends. I have taken many pieces of jewelry there to be fixed, cleaned or just evaluated. While in the store, you get the feeling they know every customer well and welcome them warmly. It truly feels like stepping back in time to the local merchants shop "where everyone knows your name." One example of the excellent service is when I lost one earring of a matching pair. This was a necklace/bracelet/earring set from Africa my son had given to me years ago. They carefully and expertly took apart and restrung my necklace to produce the beads needed for another earring but instead of creating just one to match, they made two, so now if I lose one again, I have a back-up!! I also was impressed how they support their local community of Littleton by various involvements in local causes. Sometimes, I just look through my jewelry just to find something to fix, just to have another reason to stop by and say HI to Jesse and Dara...not that I need a reason!! I highly recommend you visiting Littleton Jewelry & Watch whether to buy beautiful jewelry, watches or clocks, for repairs, or just to say Hello to the owner or staff of this family-owned, local business. I have thought about writing this review for a couple months and finally stopped procrastinating. These guys did some incredible work for me (special shout out to Char). The service was amazing. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions and produced an amazing result. My situation was somewhat unique... my wife passed away last year and I needed two things 1) I wanted to get the wedding ring she had always wanted so that my daughter had something special to inherit 2) I wanted to do something special for my kids; something that would last and that they could hold on to that expressed how much I love them. I decided on custom poured, engraved gold bars. Char helped me with the ring design, picked a beautiful diamond and had the ring made with platinum. It turned out perfect. She ordered the gold for the bars, melted and poured until I was satisfied, polished to a fine shine and had them engraved. They turned out AMAZING! My kids love holding them, looking at them and reading the message. They told me it makes them stop for a moment and take in how much they are loved even though mommy is gone. This was a rough time for me and Little Jewelry helped me make some powerful, lifelong memories. Their prices are competitive, but their service is off the charts. Thank you Jesse!!!!!

This place is amazing!! I purchased my husbands wedding ring here and absolutely loved it, so when I needed repair on my wedding ring we knew where to go! The staff is so friendly, helpful and they genuinely care! My husband went in and asked the woman how much to replace the top stones with real diamonds (he purchased this ring in NC from a small jewelry store so we were unsure if the entire ring was real) the wonderful lady responded by checking every diamond and to our delight they were ALL real diamonds! She went above and beyond to help him out and that meant a lot. While in the shop they replaced a small side diamond, cleaned the entire ring and re plated it as well! My band was scratched, dirty and dingy but now it has a mirror finish! I also had a few specks on the diamonds and etc now it looks brand new and absolutely perfect! Not to mention they said it would be ready on Saturday and it was ready today (Thursday) Talk about over delivering! I cannot say enough great things about this place, A+++!

Ive had two rings sized by them, the second ring was a challenge. They had to take a size 5 out to a size 8 and it is an intricate design. They also sized out the matching band to the engagement ring and saudered them together. They warned me that sizing a ring that far out might compromise the structure of the ring and some stones may fall out because the entire band is covered in stones on the side. They did wonderful work and Im happy to say that all of the stones are still there! They are great, friendly, and up front about cost and time it will take. Their prices are reasonable and it doesnt matter how big or small the project they take each piece of jewelry very seriously. I will absolutely be going back to them for the rest of my life. I have since moved out of Littleton to Bennett and I will still drive down to their store if I need anything.

I have been going to Littleton Jewelry and Watch ever since I got engaged and havent looked to any other jeweler since my first time. The staff is consistently very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have had jewelry cleaned here, purchased jewelry here, had items inspected, and had numerous watch batteries changed and every time I am blown away by the ease of having my needs met and by the kindness and care put forward by all staff. On one visit (a busy day at the store) I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for someone to help me, but that comes with going to a small business. I will tell anyone who asks, it is worth the wait every time if you must wait (though every other time I have been to the store I was greeted and helped immediately). I would recommend Littleton Jewelry and Watch to anyone for any jewelry or watch needs.

The owner of Littleton Jewelry and Watch is a knowledgeable and friendly man who knows the meaning of customer service. I went in for a new watch band and battery. He had a large selection of watch bands in stock and skillfully replaced both the band and the battery, all the while sharing conversation about the area, his business, what brought me here, and his involvement and interest in the local community. The shops mascot is a Bullmastiff named Dietz in honor US Navy Seal Danny Dietz, a Littleton native who was a family friend and died in Afghanistan. All and all, Littleton Jewelry and Watch is a great local business, run by good people. I will go back and they will be my first choice when I am ready to have my mothers pearls re-strung.

Based on their location on my commute path and excellent reviews we chose them to resize my 20 yr old custom gold wedding band. I was not disappointed. The service was fast, the work impeccable, and it now fits again. Based on that trial run we brought in 3 of my wifes rings, one a 100 yr old heirloom. We got terrific service from Jessie including discussing options for pros and cons of repair methods. Again the delivery was as promised and the work excellent. Their price and schedule is reasonable, their work is very very very good and the owners are knowledgeable and friendly. This is a well run business in all regards. Highly recommended.

Update: the two ladies at the counter were very kind and helpful in explaining what work was done for the price I had paid for my rings. They do look beautiful and I will get them serviced there again, Ill just plan my budget more accordingly. Thank you for making my rings look brand new!! Owner is super nice and prices to change the battery in your watch are good, however after paying nearly 300$ to get 2 rings tipped and clean I will never go there again for such a service. At that price I expect them to add new stone to my ring. Then they had the nerve to tell me they we giving me a deal!!
