I wish I could leave less than a star. I had the jeweler replace a small diamond on my ring that had come lose. He did it and double checked all the others and told me that they were good to go. One day later two diamonds have fallen out. After calling and telling the jeweler what happened. His response was "what, you think this is my fault". He then implied that I must have been hitting it with something. This guy is a fraud. Stay away from him.

Excellent experience time after time. I have brought a few pieces for repair and even had a ring custom made, service and quality are top notch. The workmanship is high quality, work orders are always delivered on time, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend GT Jewelers to anybody that is looking for quality work and great customer service. They are the jewelry store for me!
