After hearing the Trice commercial on the radio about buying gold jewelry at all time high prices and paying based on $100 over the spot price of gold (very deceptive), I decided to see for myself. Loaded with 20.71 penny weight of 14K, 59.29 penny weight of 18K and 6.60 penny weight of 22k I first arrived at Rocky Mountain Coin and was promptly waited on the buyer looked over my gold jewelry weighed the items and gave me a price of $2623.00 I told them I was shopping and may be back. I then went to Daves Gold and Jewelry after the same process was offered $2559.00 and finally arrived at Trice and found myself waiting in line for about 35 minutes. When it was my turn the buyer looked over my gold jewelry, weighed the items and then offered me $1870.00 I told him that I had already been offered $2623.00 and if he was paying $100.00 over the spot price how could his offer be so much lower! He mutter and stammered and then stated he had to smelt the gold. Well both RMC and Daves made the same statement about smelting. So I returned to RMC and told them about my Trice experience and she just smiled and said that it was not the first time she had heard this story. So I guess it pays to shop and not just take any old offer. Maybe Trice has a good reputation for jewelry? but they sure are a rip-off when it comes to gold buying!

I got home from work last night and noticed that I had lost a diamond out of the ring we purchased just 10 months ago. I felt like someone had punched me in the stomach. My husband and I had looked for a long time for the perfect anniversary ring and knew we had found it when we bought it last October at Trice. After work my husband and I took the ring in to your store. We were helped by Mia (??) who couldnt have been nicer! I thought I would have to leave my ring, and since it was 6:30, I didnt expect the service we got - right before closing. Mia took my ring back and had the stone matched and the prong repaired while we waited. And while waiting, she cleaned all of our other rings. I cannot thank you enough for the service provided. I was without my ring for only one day. Mia was wonderful and so understanding even at the end of her work day. And just an FYI, I posted about this on FaceBook and have had a steady stream of comments like "Trice is the Best", "We love Trice". So thanks for the outstanding customer service. Like I told the ladies at the service area, my son was wondering where to look for his engagement ring and well strongly encourage Trice! Thanks again.

I purchased my engagement ring from them over 10 years ago, so when it was time to sell it I figured I would go back to where I bought it. I assumed I would get a good deal and they would appreciate a previous customers business. I quickly began to feel like I was at a used car dealership. Lots of BS about how they need to pay the person to melt the gold and they need to make a profit too. Blah, blah, blah. Then some woman came in to tell him his next appointment was here (i.e., hurry up and decide lady). I took the offer given because I just wanted to get it over with and new it would take me another few years to get the courage to do it again. I left the building with paltry cash in my purse and tears in my eyes. If you play for the Broncos or live in nearby Cherry Hills Im sure you get treated like a king/queen. If you are a single mom like me looking to get some cash for Christmas then too bad for you! That was my impression. I will never, ever purchase anything from them again!

We recently did a couple of transactions at Trice. First, we purchased a new wedding and engagement ring, only to find out afterward that we had been charged MORE than MSRP. I am not sure how Trice can charge more than the manufactured shows on their own website, but it seems very much like a used car dealership. In addition, we had some work done on my wedding ring to re-plate some white gold accents on a yellow gold ring. However, instead of placing the white gold where they were instructed, they placed the white gold on the inside of the ring where it will be up against my finger. Okay, I understand that sometimes errs can be made, but who in their right mind would place white gold accents inside a ring where no one can see them. Duh? It is like they have never worked with jewelry before. My six year old daughter recognized the error that Trice did not.

Trice is the best place in the world to buy jewelry. They know the meaning of customer service and treasure every person that walks through their doors. I have used them on 5 different occasions and have referred many of my friends, all of which have purchased their engagement rings through them. Everyone has mentioned how pleased they were with their selection and most of all how friendly, patient and knowledgeable they were throughout. On one occasion my wife accidentally smashed her ring. The diamond was still in perfect shape, but the ring was a loss. My first call was to Trice and without waiting a beat, Justin Klomp and staff were able to provide a solution and we had a new ring within a week. My only wish is that the type of service Trice provides could be replicated in many other businesses.

Love this store and the employees there. My wife and I stopped in after shopping at several other (I wont mention names) big name jewelry stores in the area looking for the perfect ring for her for our 20th anniversary. It was Saturday afternoon and the store was very busy. Despite this, the salespeople were very attentive and when we were finally ready to look, helped us find the perfect ring for her. It took us a few hours of looking and we were turned over to a second sales person as our original salesperson had another customer they needed to attend to. They were both very patient and pleasant to work with. I have not made the purchase yet as our anniversary is months away but I will be a customer for life based on the prices we found and our overall experience here!

This place is incredible! It is not often you encounter an experience quite like the one youd experience at Trice Jewelers. From the first time entering the store, I knew Trice would be a place I would return as well as refer others. The store ambiance is one that you must see to appreciate! From the breath taking sky lights to the flawless set up, it is clear that so much pride is taken. I have yet to meet an unfriendly face at Trice and commend the owners for hand selecting such an inviting and helpful staff. Not only do they surpass an experience Ive had at any other Jeweler, Trice showcases some of the most gorgeous jewelry I have ever seen! If you havent visited Trice Jewelers I strongly recommend the experience.

Trice Jewelers is the perfect place to buy jewelry! For starters, the workers are really friendly, very knowledgeable, and you can tell through their service and work that they really want to make their customers happy. Also, the store is amazing! I love that I can go in, and not only see a huge selection of jewelry, but I can also see the jewelry designers/makers in the back working on individual pieces. I think it is fun and interesting to watch them work and to see their incredible talent. As I said, they have a great selection, and they do custom design as well! How cool is it to be your own designer?? No doubt anyone will leave with their perfect piece of jewelry after coming to Trice. Thanks for all you do!
