Got engaged on August 14, 2015, LOVED MY RING! had to get it sized and didnt want to take it off, but had to let it go so that I could wear it with no worries. Took it back to Kays August 20, 2015 to have it sent out to be sized, (pretty sad day for me) and was told it would take anywhere from 10 to 14 days, due date to be returned was 9/1/2015. I called around August 29th to get status in hopes that it came in early. spoke to a young lady who was so rude, who told me "well dont you have the repair ticket? I stated yes I do. She continued to tell me "well as you can see the date on the ticket has a return date of 9/3/15 and thats the date you should expect it to be returned"! I kindly hung the phone up and took a deep breath and prayed about it..."A" ring was returned to the store on 9/1/15, earlier than expected, and I immediately ran to the mall to pick it up. Wel, when the store employee took it out the bag and handed it to me, it look a lot smaller, but thats to be expected as my finger is pretty small. I put the ring on and noticed something was just not right, I could put my finger on it, but I told him something just looks different. He was polite and stated, "we here at Kay are all about providing good service and if something is not right we will fix it". I told him, I will take it home to my fiancee and let him look at it and if we have any problems we will be back. Got home showed him and he immediately said "thats not the ring i bought"!!!! We took it back that evening and come to find out it was not the same ring as my initial ring is 2 carats and the ring returned to us was 1 1/2 carats...The manager and her sales person were trying to say it was dirty diamonds and they may have some polish in them. I went to the area where a ring just like the initial ring sat and had them pull it out the case to compare and thats how we found out the ring returned to me and the ring we sent off were oh so different! I hope this is not happening to other couples here in Colorado or anywhere else in the world. I just wanted to put my story out here for people to see

I went to this Kay Jewelers branch earlier this year with a major problem. My wifes wedding ring was missing the center stone and we had discovered that the maintenance plan she had been keeping up with every 6 months for the past 13 years was overdue by three days. We had just flown into Colorado from Florida. My wife was distraught. I talked with the manager and explained the situation. When the manager realized that our maintenance plan was a few days past due, she said it wasnt within their policy to fix the ring, but she would make some phone calls. I had explained to her that my wife was very attached to the ring and had been religious about maintaining it. After about 5 minutes, the manager came back and provided me with a case number. I would be able to take the number to our local Kays here in FL and get the ring fixed with no questions asked. I did this as soon as we got back from our trip. Sure enough, I was able to get the ring repaired and the center stone replaced at no charge. The ring came back in time for Mothers Day weekend. Im so grateful for the care and concern that this Kay Jewelers in Aurora, CO showed for our situation. It just goes to show that some big companies actually do care about their customers!

Im writing to give a big thank you to the woman who took care of me when I needed to send my husbands ring back to the service center that screwed up. She went the extra mile by checking into getting me the warranty even after the time had passed to buy it and sent a sample ring back with my husbands to ensure they did the refurbishing properly. Really went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!

Id give 0 stars if I could... the asst manager and the manager have no customer service skills. I dropped my ring off on 10/21 they said 7-10 days... no call as of 11/9 so I called them the at manager said "looks like we sent an email but it didnt go thru" I said "so thats it you had my phone number why didnt you call?" She said thats not theyre policy smh

Simply amazing. Im really cautious when spending a huge amount of money. Every one was so helpful and understanding of my needs. I never felt pressured not once. Great customer service. Amazingly comfortable personalities. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great job.

Great experience. The manager of this location, Janeen, was absolutely wonderful and Extremely helpful! Went above and beyond customer service expectations. Such a warm and friendly environment. Not at all harassing, pushy or pounce on you as soon as you wake in.

This was the worst experience, they scratched my brand new watch before I got to wear it, they were so rude while I was trying to get it handled that I asked for a refund, which they refused flat out. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went in for one item and they kept PUSHING other items to me. I finally got rude and said no out loud. Then they kept pushing a warentee then charged it to me. Which I demanded it off. Good product, bad costumer relation.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional I paid $400 for replace the glass on a Rolex watch I went to get it replaced to a Sapphire crystal glass and instead they installed acrylic glass.
