Noticing that my battery in my watch had died I just visited Zanes to inquire about a watch battery. The lady at the counter explained that they couldnt replace a Seiko battery. When I asked her for a recommendation on where the closest jewelry store was located she told me Park Meadows?!! Incredulous, I walked the 2 minute walk to Kays where they replaced it in a few minutes..

This store is filled with completely inept people, I recently purchased a couple of items there, and opened a line of credit to get a discount, and the saleswomen entered my address wrong into their system, resulting in my card getting lost, late fees, and a blemish on my credit report. I would stay away from these morons at all costs!!!!
