I dont know if Ive ever reviewed a business online because, frankly, who cares?! But Ill make an exception here. I had my watch sized in about 3 minutes tops by an extremely friendly store owner while having a great conversation. I get out to my car and go to set the time only to see he had already set the time and date without me noticing. Sure, its a simple job without much hassle. But its more than that, really. While I was there, the owner received a call from, I think, a telemarketer or someone trying to sell services to his store. The amount of respect this guy showed the person on the other line was incredible. He made it clear he didnt need the service but showed a genuine appreciation for the call, from one business person to another. Maybe its because I had just been flipped off in traffic, but that level of respect is welcoming any day.

I absolutely love Englewood Jewelry & Watch! I lost a diamond from my wedding ring about a week before our 9 year wedding anniversary. I quickly called my trusted jewelry store and they told they were about a week out for repairs, but to bring my ring in as soon as I could. While I was at the store I mentioned to Scott (the owner) the my wedding anniversary was only a few days away. I get a call from the only 3 days later telling me my ring was ready for pick up. I couldnt believe it! When I came to pick up my ring the told me "happy anniversary." My ring looked like it was brand new! Such amazing customer service! I will only trust my jewelry to them!

Family Run Business with Great Customer Service. I found Englewood Jewelry and Watch shop online while searching for a place nearby to fix one of my watches. The owner was very helpful and replaced not only my watch battery, but also the factory watch seal, plus the price was lower than I expected. The shop Owner also offered to clean my ring while I waited for the repair to be done. Service was very quick, staff was knowledgeable. Id recommend this shop to anyone with Watch Repair needs and will go back next time I need a new battery, or a new watch.

I had a ring sized at Englewood jewelry and the service was EXCELLANT!!The owner Scott gave me a reminder call that it was ready which I appreciated since my schedule is all over the board. Is a family ran business with excellent service. The place is hard to see since its in a small strip center on S Broadway, so you either have to know where it is or you might pass right by it. I was referred by a friend and was extremely please with the service and quality of their work. Support the small guy and we can all be free of corporate rule!!

Englewood Jewelry & Watch is fantastic. I came in near the end of the day just before closing time to get the band on my watch re-sized. Scott took care of me like I was the first customer of the day. Not only did he do the requested work but he also took the time to clean the watch and we chatted for a bit. I really admire a Scott for taking the time to chat. It lets me know that his customers are the most important part of his time at the store.

This place is great!! Scott was super helpful and really nice to talk with. He fixed both of my watches on the spot super fast! I will for sure be sending more business his way. Quite a nice selection of watches for sale as well. Good to see a business with great customer service that treats the customer with respect and does the job right.

Terrible! They would not give me back my links to my watch when I went to pick it up because I did not ask for them. They said they sold them. So basically they are stealing and reselling items. They then wanted me to pay again for something I had already paied for. They are in the business to screw people over! It was your store

Excellent service! Small family owned business with excellent customer service. Came in to replace battery for my watch and Scott was great. Not only did he replace my watch but he answered all the questions I had regarding a purchase of a new watch. Im definitely coming back to get the watch I saw. Highly recommend it!

April 2016 - I dropped in with three wristwatches for new batteries and Scott, the proprietor since July 2015, did the work while I waited and gave me a very reasonable price. He is personable and family oriented, and it was a pleasurable experience.

Took my digital G Shock in for a battery change. Scott not only installed the battery but also cleaned my watch. Turns out the watch was not fixable. No charge from Scott including the 20 minutes of labor or the battery. Highly recommend.
