I have never experienced such horrible service, quality, or integrity as Castle Pines Jewelers. My wife and I got our wedding bands and her engagement ring from them, and were shocked at the poor quality of the rings. Not only that, they took over 2 months to get our wedding bands to us, after messing up the order, and inscription. We finally got them 2 days before our wedding and couldnt believe how scratched up and cheap they looked. When we tried to contact them to discuss this, and see if we could exchange them, their employee Daryl was outrageously rude. Calling my wife a liar, and asking us why we hadnt paid for them. I told him we had tried to call after we returned from our honeymoon, and I was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. So I figured when theyre ready to earn our business, they can work for it, and well pay them. We tried to speak to the owner, "Jeffrey" thinking he would want to know if one of his employees was acting this way, and it turns out he is just as bad, if not worse. He doesnt care about his customers or their happiness. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, and am sick over how we were treating. Buying your wedding bands is suppose to be a happy occasion, and this place really made it a horrible experience.

I purchased an engagement ring, custom wedding ring, and mens wedding ring from Castle Pines Jewelry. Their service was recommended to me by a coworker. I completely agree with his recommendation that the owners daughter Lacee, was incredible to work with. She gave me individual attention to explain the basics of picking out the right diamond (the 4 Cs). The assistance is more than just what you read on online, she actually shows you individual diamonds and goes over which ones are really important for the diamond youre actually looking to purchase. After picking out the diamond, I was able to custom create a ring that my wife absolutely loved. The service also comes with free semi-annual cleanings for life. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and the jewelry purchased. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Lacey and the staff at CPJ are awesome. When I wanted to upgrade my wifes engagement and wedding setting they helped me find the original setting manufacturer and select a new center stone. The quality and choices of new stones were exceptional. Lacey worked with me to make the new settings and diamond a surprise for my wife and had everything set and ready for our anniversary. As a local family business we often see Lacey around town and she always makes a point to acknowledge us and check in on the rings, reminding us to get them inspected regularly and offer polishing. Great customer service and commitment to clients!
