My husband and I took my wedding ring and band in for an evaluation and to possibly sell. We spoke to the owner who was immediately rude about the ring set. He was obviously trying to play down the ring set to get it at a really low price. Our ring is a Neil Lane certified diamond vintage bridal set (beautiful but its a smaller diamond, just under a carat) which we had appraised before going in. He was so rude and said the ring was of low quality. He stated they only buy higher quality yet the we buy old gold sign leads me to believe otherwise. He asked what we wanted for the ring and what others had offered. This place is nothing more than a pawn shop. Great for buyers but not great if you are looking to sale. Unless you are looking to sale Gold as their big sign states out front. They are not a classy jewelry store. Once again the OWNER was super rude and basically tried to bully us into selling the ring for a quarter of what it was worth. Thank goodness we knew what our ring was worth and we knew we would only get about half of the purchase price. Be Careful if you are wanting to sell and know before you go in what you have and what its really worth. I would describe this place as the used car lot of jewelry.

It is my pleasure to recommend Len Larson! It was time to sell some old jewelry---many pieces had stones. I went to 3 places before going to Len. I was given almost the same value at the first 3. All the jewelry was placed on a scale and a price offered. When I went to Len I was happily surprised to find that he gave me a price for each piece so I understood if it was worth selling. He was especially respectful, willing to answer all questions and did not rush me. What amazed me is that Len gave me the same exact amount of money for my jewelry that the other places offered but did not take several pieces---including a diamond he could not use. For each of the pieces he did not take, he gave me the fair market price so that I can sell them on my own. The result will be that I will make twice as much money as what the other jewelers were willing to give me for the same exact jewelry! I could not be more pleased! Diana L.

Today was my first jewelry selling experience. I started by visiting another store and the buyer made a point of describing why he was going to pay so little for each item. I was dismayed at his offered price and wondered if this task was going to be a waste of my time. I then visited Len Larson Jewelry Co. and was immediately impressed with Zach’s professionalism and gentleness in handling my family jewelry. Zach took time to examine every piece and took care in telling me when an item was not truly gold or silver. It is a family company and Len (Zach’s father) came to look at my unique pieces, and offered a possible resource for my non-jewelry estate items. This is obviously a very kind family with high integrity and values. It was truly a pleasure working with them and I gladly accepted their offer, which I felt was very fair. Len Larson Jewelry Co. has my highest recommendation, and I very rarely give that!

Being a wedding photographer I see a lot of beautiful rings. When I got engaged what I had expected at to experience, at other retailers, was not what I got. A friend of mine referred us to Len Larson Jewelry and said I would not be disappointed. Well let me tell you, referrals from friends are usually the best way to go, it was MORE than what I dreamed. My ring is a work of art! What I wanted didnt exist so they had it custom made. A gentleman on one of my flights even asked me who the jeweler was, they hit it out of the ballpark! Best part was my fiancé had the best experience with them. They really made him feel comfortable about the whole process and thats what mattered the most to me. At Len Larson they are upfront and when you are looking at buying something so priceless, honesty is what you want.

I hated it at first, but now after checking out to other companies, I loved the fact that they were ethical. Now, Loved it. I have a medallion that I wanted to sell, because I am destitute. Like a dummy, I was thinking that my medallion would be worth more than the $79.00 I was being offered. Well, it was worth more to me because my mom gave it to me when I was 15 and I am now 55. Any, I left thinking (this is what I get when I think) another company would give me more. So, I took off to Advance America, they wanted to give me $59, and EZ Pawn $49.00. So, long story short. Go to Len Larson, because they will take care of you, and wont try to rip you off. In fact, I am going back to see if they will still offer me the $79.00, that I need to pay rent. Jeannette Suarez

Didnt feel comfortable shopping for a ring at the huge, snoody if you will, jewelry stores, especially for a girl who doesnt buy the whole "he went to Jared" thing. Wanted a family business kind of shop, stopped in here based on the reviews, and was STILL blown away at my experience. If you want to spend a lot on a pristine piece of jewelry, they can certainly offer that, but if you have a budget or want to find something more personal or unique, they care more about finding you exactly what youre looking for than making a big sale. Even told me if they couldnt find what I wanted they would recommend me to one of their competitors!!! Best customer service Ive experienced in my life. Dont even want to look anywhere else I just want to find a way to give them my money.

Ive been to Len Larson twice in the past week to sell some jewelry that Ive been wanting to sell for years but didnt quite know who to trust or where to go. On a recommendation I went to Len Larson and couldnt be happier. The first day we primarily dealt with Zach Larson and received top notch service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The second time we worked with Nic and Karen and again were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. It is a family run business and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and arent just trying to make a quick sale. I will be a customer for life and will be happily recommending them to all of my friends.
