I had one of the most pleasant experiences here! We went in to look for an engagement ring! Dustin greated us with much joy and offered us a water. He helped us to find exactly what I was looking for which wasnt an easy task. He found the perfect ring. We choose to also get our bands that day. The bands I choose were beautiful. But after everything got out of the shop I put it all on together and was really disappointed because I thought they were going to sit more flush than what I saw. It was hard to tell with the tag on because it was two rings with one tag. Well I decided we should go back in because I wasnt in love with my bands and I didnt want to settle and Dustin was right there back to greet us again! I told him the issue and he helped and was very patient as I couldnt make up my mind. He helped us to find the perfect ring and I am in love with it. Their customer service is amazing there! I would go back anytime! I also loved that he would help another customer while helping us that way we got to talk money and didnt feel as if we were getting watched like a Hawk. Also, yesterday I recieved a handwritten card in the mail from Dustin and the SaneCo team directly! It was very personable and you can tell he really cared when he was helping us because he remembers my obnoxious (My words not Dustins) brother having to give his opinion on everything. It was a great experience and I would recommend going there! I wanted to add: 2/8/17 We decided to go back in and look at changing my white sapphire to a colored one. We ended up finding the color we liked but werent able to find that color in shape or size! Dustin and his team continued to look for the color I wanted in the shape and size I wanted. And they found it! It is absolutely perfect and I am continuously pleased with the customer service. Dustin knows us by name and always greets us wether it is just to come in and get a cleaning or to pick up my rings! He is absolutely amazing and has helped us so much! We are always talking about different things on not just rings so it keeps everything lively and easy going and makes everything feel relaxing! I would continuously give 5 stars!

Update: I was contacted and spoke with Alisa who requested that I come in and speak with her. I was unable to go in right away and Alisa followed up to ensure things were taken care of. Upon going to this location she met with me and apologized first and foremost and was glad that I had wrote the review. Alisa then ensured me that the ring would be completed as I had asked the first time. Approximately four days after dropping it off, it was completed. They did a fantastic job and my ring was completed like I had requested. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Listed below is the original post for reference only. It does not reflect how I currently feel. WAY TO GO ALISA!! Original post I dropped off my engagement ring to be cleaned. I was asking this lady if it would be possible to get my rings soldered she said yes not a problem. I purchased a ring online (solid sterling silver) 3 stackable rings with my husband and Is birthstones and names along with today tomorrow and always inside. I brought it to this loctaion. The lady who was helping me was more focused on helping 3 4 other customers walking in the door so this wait took an hour! I picked up my ring and it was soldered wrong then they fixed it leaving a gap between the rings. I paid for the soldering to be done and redo the names on my ring in black ink which was never done my rings fell apart the soldering was done horribly. Havent wore my ring since. Very disappointed!

LIAR, LIAR, Tried to return a cracked diamond purchased from Tom, turned away by the manager with nothing but the broken diamond we came in with. Read story before you buy at Shanes. My wife now, and I went into Tom Shanes to purchase a wedding band. At the time I had a full time job and made okay money; my fiance a full time student . We purchased a spec of a diamond! Im talking about one tiny diamond! We had planned on returning one day and upgrading that spec for a larger one. The diamond we purchased had an inclusion and if you know how to look at the diamond right you could see it with the naked eye. That was one cheap diamond. So years later, no kids, two income,s good money, the diamond developed a crack into the inclusion. Hey time to get a larger! better dimond! Tom Shane guarantee in hand with the crack diamond, off we go. The manager gave use some B.S story why they could not live up to their guarantee. We walked out disappointed! Later on that cracked diamond broke along the crack! Happy now that I did not give Tom any more of my money. You may have a great experience buying from Shane! Try and get them to honour warranty.

My (now) husband purchased my engagement ring online from Shane Co without the two of us going shopping together. It was the absolute perfect ring, but needed a wedding band to go with it. We went into the Denver store and faced several hurdles in finding my band, including the fact that we were a mere 7 weeks away from our wedding and any special orders took 8 weeks. I decided to go with the band that matched my set, and the managers there bent over *backwards* to allow us to purchase the one in the store. They had to pretend to return my engagement ring, then switch the serial numbers on my ring and the one in stock as I didnt want to part with the ring I had received the night we got engaged, then sell us the set. Oh, and then resize both the ring and the wedding band. Sounds complicated? Yup, it was. But they did it for us, and I wound up with the most beautiful ring set I have ever seen with the sentimental part still taken care of. The store was *crazy* busy while we were in there, and our associate was helping at least two other couples at the same time, but we werent forgotten and the service was amazing!

At the time I was at this location: I felt like Vivian (Julia Roberts) in the movie Pretty Woman-at one of the scenes where she was trying to buy clothes and she was treated like trash or worst.. On 01/09/13 I visited Shane Co. (9790 East Arapahoe Road). I went in looking for a mens diamond ring for my brother (just a present for him). I noticed there were more employees than customers(at least 5 employees that i passed while looking through the jewelry). No one knowledge me until i ask two of the employees that were talking among them selves-if there was someone that could assist me. A female employee walked away then the other employee (male) responded: what can i help with? May be because i am hispanic or was wearing converse-they think i cannot afford anything. (If that was the case THEY ARE WRONG) My partner and I have been repeated customers; BUT IF I COULD, I WOULD RETURN ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WE HAVE PURCHASED THERE.
