I am writing this review as someone who has lived in Colorado Springs since before Gold Fingers Jewelry opened its doors, and as someone who has done business with Gold Fingers Jewelry. I hope this information helps you get the best out of your buying and selling experiences with George K. Zoorob and Gold Fingers Jewelry. "Whistle Blower" from DexKnows is absolutely right about Zoorob. George K. Zoorob has made his millions and millions of dollars by both screwing people I know and suing people I know, both inside the jewelry industry and in other areas, and is one of the most unethical people Ive ever met, so do some homework about your gemstone and metal interests before you go in there so you can play the game wisely. If you are looking to sell gold then you need to look at your gold and understand it. Is it yellow or is it white? Is it 10k, 14k, 18k? Look up the price of that gold the day you go in, because prices fluctuate from day to day. Understand that Gold Fingers will obviously need to make some money on the deal, so look for them to want to make 10%-20% on the deal. They do have a scale right there on sight and they weigh the jewelry in front of you. You have to realize that if your gold also contains stones or enamel that will add to the weight of the piece and they have to take that into consideration when they give you your gold weight. If you are looking to buy any type of gemstone do a little bit of research on the stone(s) you want to buy. I have found that Gold Fingers sells pretty darn nice stuff however George Zoorob is a salesman and he will try to sell you something outside of your price range so dont let him push you outside your zone! Know that the quality of the gemstones there are of higher quality than what you are going to find online or at Jareds or Zales or Luisa Graff, so you cant really start to think right there and then on the spot that "oh I know I saw a similar piece of jewelry at Luisas and it wasnt that expensive", because the reason it wasnt as expensive is because it isnt the same quality. Ask George Zoorob for detailed information about the stone or the piece of jewelry and then dont be afraid to tell him that you are going to take a day to think about it! Hell pressure you, but be nice and be firm. Then go home, go to Luisa Graff, go wherever and do some comparison. He does sell used jewelry so dont ever let him get away with telling you that everything on site is new.

im truly shocked to see the previous reviews as my family has dealt with this jewelry store and family for decades. All my family shops there (even the most picky women of my cousins) and they have never complained once. I bought my engagement diamond here cheaper than i found from online retailers!! and whenever i want to get trade something in or sell my scrap jewelry george has always given me the best offer and is totally straightforward. George is very reputable and his certifications show that. Not many people in the jewelry industry are formally educated nor accredited and thats why i respect his opinion. Thanks George and Gold Fingers Jewelry for all the past and future years of great service and product!! :)

My husband and I went to Goldfingers on a whim after having no luck finding anything I liked for the price at the "big box" stores. I instantly found many pieces that I liked because they have a wonderful selection of estate jewelry, and I tend to prefer vintage jewelry. I narrowed it down to two rings- valued at almost $1300 for both. The owners son Dan came over and offered us a price we couldnt refuse- $500. They also resized one from a 5 to a 9 1/2 and did a pretty good job! They didnt charge to resize it either. They also gave my 2 1/2 year old daughter a couple of pieces of decent costume jewelry and didnt want anything for it. They were wonderful and very personable. I would recommend them anytime!

The quality, the selection and the Price were amazing. Best quality for the lowest price ever. I compared several stores where the diamond quality was not even close for what Gold Fingers jewelry and the price was way more than gold fingers. Another thing I notices is the level of knowledge and the qualification that Mr. Zoorob has. Majority of the jewelry stores dont have such knowledge or qualifications;. Piece of mind that you get the best quality for the lowest price ever. Kim K.

I took a 2 carat diamond ring in and the owner told me it was only 1 carat. Tried to tell me the diamonds were poor quality. I have a diamond certificate stating just the opposite and three other local jewelers all told me it was a 2 carat diamond ring of fine quality. Either the owner doesnt know what hes talking about or he decided he was going to try and rip me off. Take your fine quality jewelry to someone else!

Wonderful customer service! George zoorob helped my fiance and I out with getting my engagement ring resized after they had already been closed! Extremely helpful and friendly! So happy my fiance picked Gold fingers jewelry to get my ring! Their rings are very beautiful and great quality!

George is the most knowledgable jeweler who fits the right piece to the person who will be wearing the jewelry. Price is always the best & quality is excellent. I am a long time repeat customer & would not consider going anywhere else to get any type of jewelry for my family or myself.

I am so disgusted right now! We got a $2500 engagement ring and come to find out its not genuine diamonds! I would NEVER recommend this place! I was NOT taken good care of and would never step foot back in this place!
