This place is a complete JOKE! My fiance got my engagement ring at Jared about a year ago and so we decided to go pick out wedding bands from there as well. We already had a terrible time at the location in Denver West so decided to try Park Meadows... boy was that a mistake! We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and were not greeted at all. We decided to walk around and try and find what we were looking for instead. We made eye contact with several employees and not one talked to us. Then about 20 minutes later a different couple walked in and were immediately greeted by a member of the staff. (Insert instant irritation on my part and my fiance told me not to worry that we would be helped shortly) - that was absolutely NOT the case. The employee walked the couple over to where we were standing since they were looking for wedding bands too (we had been for 20 minutes keep in mind). He said "theyre located right where this couple is standing, but let me go back there and help you" - - still not recognizing that we were there!!!! Immediately we decided to walk out and will NEVER go back! I cant believe the employees there find it necessary to pick and choose who they are doing business with. Newsflash Jared employees: YOU DONT KNOW WHO HAS MONEY AND WHO DOESNT! So get off your high horse and work with everyone. What happened to customer service and treating people like their money actually means something! Im actually quite upset I have to go there every 6 months to get my diamond inspected. We left and went right to Shaneco where they helped us immediately and had us out the door in 30 minutes, which by the way was the amount of time it took us to pick out THREE bands that we purchased on the spot. Guess you guys really missed the mark on picking and choosing your customers. Your loss Jared, guess you should do more training with your employess if you want to keep your doors open. I do not recommend anyone going here to purchase anything. Its a complete waste of time to even walk through their doors!

I purchased an engagement ring in 2007 from this Jared store. Since that date we have had countless problems with diamonds falling out of the setting. We have tried everything (we even replaced the entire ring) and it continues to happen. My wife has made at least 20 trips to the store in order to replace missing diamonds (honestly we have lost track) and we do not live close by. Each trip is the same, walk in and explain the problem and wait approx. 30 minutes for the associate to fill out the new paperwork, look up each individual ring in the computer system, then finally get the ring into the repair shop. Once the repair is finished a week later, we drive back to the store to pick it up. All in all, she has spent about 40 hours on this ordeal. The customer relationship management software is totally lacking and the computer system needs a complete overhaul. The managers and associates are always friendly but the bottom line is we can’t keep coming in every few months to replace diamonds. We requested a refund and they told us they have a 60 day return policy. GO TO A PRIVATE JEWELER!!!

Briefly, Jared destroyed the value of my wife’s diamond while being cleaned. The store manager tried to transfer blame to my wife. The guy didn’t have the integrity to accept the fact that Jared did this, would not document that they did this, would not even give my wife his full name. This is really odd behavior for a top line diamond retailer – as they would market themselves. My wife called Jared HQ (Sterling Jewelers Inc.) in Ohio and got the same attitude from their “customer service” people there. I guess when you are pulling in $3.6 B a year and are owned by an organization overseas (Signet Jewelers in the UK) you can afford to occasionally tick of your target demographic. My wife was looking for some integrity in this event and found none at Jared. She now goes to Trice – a Colorado company.

My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings in another state over 5 years ago, and its been really easy and pleasant working with this store. We didnt have the papers for the ring, but they were able to quickly and easily look it up and verify our insurance plan. Ive been to this particular store several times now, and every single time I go, Im greeted by one or more employees right away. They are always professional and willing to help me out. There is a little section for kids to play, with some toys and a little climbing gym with a slide, and that makes it much easier for me to go as I have two little kids. I enjoy visiting this store and have no complaints.

Harvest Yocom opened a credit card in my name without my knowledge when I was purchasing a $100 necklace that I wanted to pay for with a personal debit card. She decieved me throughout the process and put it onto the newly opened account withought my permission. I am sure she gets some bonus for signing people up. I will never go back to this place on top of that everyone else who I have worked with to get this resolved is scum too, saying it is my fault for trusting their own employee with personal info instead of helping. How does that make sense for a business? Tom Shane here I come.

I used to buy about 25K worth of good here over the last few years. I got a Rolex because of the closeout deal or else I would never buy here again. NO GUNS allowed What a joke because criminals read signs. I want to go in with my 12k rolex and be armed if someone wants to rob me in the store or parking lot. THE lot even states no firearms. What a joke hyde parke in Cherry creek is neutral on firearms. Also a 6 they were closing i was in with 5 grand in my pocket and the rude manager asked me to leave. I was close to a decision I left.

Totally deceptive sales tactics. A year ago I would have given this place 4 stars, before finding out that the employee that sold me a $700 watch was wrong about how long it takes to service it. Ill now be without a watch 6-8 weeks instead of the 2--3 promised. Like ton many companies today Jared does nothing to earn their customers. I spoke with a manager said I felt deceived and asked if they would be willing to exchange the watch for credit in house and was simply told no with no offer to help make it right. Time to find another jeweler!

My fiance got my engagement ring here and it looks great! Ive had it for about a year and a half with no issues with the diamonds whatsoever. Furthermore, we just went back to find a wedding band to match and found exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was great. Looks like theyve had poor reviews in the past, but Ive not had any problems in the past two years. I also have a diamond necklace from here which I am very happy with.
