My son purchased a ring for his girlfriend, paid $30 to get it sized. They lost the ring and it took a month to get it back. After having it back for another month, the ring split where the seam of the sizing was. Kay would not repair it for free, and he paid another $99 to get it repaired. At this point, the ring was 10 months "old". A few months after that, she lost a diamond out of the setting. Went back to Kay, and they refused to do anything. I called corporate, explained the situation, and the lady- Stacy- was unhelpful and rude. We will NEVER give our hard earned money to this company again!!!!! Every scam begins Kay!!!!

Got a new watch for Christmas, and needed to get a couple links out. I went to 4 different shops before I landed at Kay. David took on the challenge right away, and was able to get my new watched sized perfectly in no time at all, so glad he was there to help me out!

We have always shopped at Kays, no matter where we have lived, but this store in Loveland, CO has exceptioanl customer service. The manager there made sure everything was just right, and was friendly, you could tell she loved her job and was there to make us happy!

Wish I had read the review about repairs. They have had my watch for almost 2 months! Everytime I call it has just been shipped and should be in any day now. This has been going on for 3 weeks!!
