This shop is wonderful! After getting engaged, my now-husband and I visited Sarah O during our first ring-shopping trip. After discussing custom rough-cut diamond options with Allisyn, I ended up spotting the absolute perfect ring in one of the cases. The dainty white gold ring had a small, secure diamond and seemed super durable – perfect for an active, no-frills gal like myself. I loved the band’s hammered matte finish as well. We purchased that ring and later worked with Allisyn again to create a custom wedding band to fit with particular shape of the engagement ring. We went with a simple hammered matte band in gold, and the rings’ different metals look so beautiful together. I am not a huge jewelry wearer, but I am totally enamored of my two rings and truly love wearing them. Additionally, about six months after purchasing the engagement ring, the diamond fell out and we couldn’t find it anywhere. The Sarah O staff was so understanding and accommodating – the stone was replaced for free, the band was slightly altered to make it more secure, and I’m pretty sure the replacement diamond was more sparkly than the original!
