I rarely take the time to write a review, but when you have an experience as fantastic as I did, I felt it important that I leave a great review for Trinity Diamonds. I was recently in the market for an engagement ring and I happened to meet Joanne at an event. I had some basic knowledge about diamonds...basically I knew the 4 "Cs" were important. Joanne took the time to advise me about purchasing a diamond and also about what to look for in a setting. She explained how there was a lot more to it than just the 4 "Cs." After spending more than an hour with her, I decided I wanted to do some more homework -- just to be safe. What I learned was that Joanne provided me with a wealth of great knowledge and advice. She & her staff legitimately helped me to find the perfect engagement ring and then helped me to get an amazing deal! Joanne stressed how important a GIA rating was for my purchase since other standards are not as strict. After visiting several of the largest jewelers - those with catchy slogans who advertise on tv and radio - I learned exactly what I needed to know. Joanne was selling far superior diamonds and settings for less than half their price! One such company tried to sell me an inferior center stone rated using an inferior standard for literally more than twice what I could have purchased with Joanne - and the diamond at Trinity Diamonds was FAR superior. The large jewelers advertise lifetime warranties...evidently its because they are selling their stones for more than 2x what they are worth! After completing my homework, I returned to Trinity Diamonds where I met with Joannes lovely assistant, who was equally as wonderful to work with. Since I had already done my homework, I ended up buying not only an amazing setting, but a fantastic center stone, a pair of cuff-links, and my own Tungsten wedding band from them. They made me a customer for life! Every aspect of the transaction was handled with care and Joanne ensured I neednt worry about anything. A+ ladies! Thanks! Oh...and not surprisingly, SHE absolutely loved the ring!

We had a really great experience with Trinity Diamonds for our engagement ring. My fiance and I had shopped around at some of the "Big Name" stores but found that the selections were both overpriced and of honestly sub-par quality. Without knowing anything about diamonds really, I could tell that anything within a reasonable price range was garbage from these places. Enter, Trinity Diamonds. We were greeted with a fresh breeze of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion about jewelry and pleasing us, the customer. Joanne, the owner, took us right in and started off by showing us some of the great selections they had in inventory. We really liked a bunch of the rings, but could not decide on the spot. It was then that Joanne told us about the opportunity to have a custom ring made especially for us. This was never an option with the "Big Name" stores. The next few days and weeks were really great. Joanna had diamonds shipped straight from New York for us at no charge just so we could see them in person before we picked one. It was amazing! We felt like royalty. Next came the actual designing of the ring. She had her ring designers send us ring designs rendered on a computer that we were able to tweak and modify to our hearts content. We ended up with the perfect ring that is unique to us and we couldnt be happier. Regarding the price, it was surprising how much the big store mark up their inferior rings and diamonds. We literally got a diamond a few grades higher for less with Joanne, GIA certified and all. It was crazy! I would absolutely, 100% recommend Trinity Diamonds to anybody who is looking for a great ring. It was really just a fantastic experience.

You will not find a more honest, passionate, or knowledgeable jeweler. I had been looking for the "right" diamond for awhile and talking to many jewelry stores at the time I met Joanne. Rather than trying to sell me any of her stones, she took the time to show me how to know when I was buying the right stone. After seeing her passion for making her customers completely satisfied in their selection, I decided Trinity was the only place I wanted to purchase my fiances engagement ring. Problem was I only stopped by while visiting AZ and I reside in WI. So, in faith and trust I relied on Joannes expertise and passion for finding my perfect diamond. She came through in a HUGE way! Joanne located a stone in NY and had it shipped to her. After she got it and it met her approval based on what she knew I was looking for, I took it on her word that I would love it. (I didnt see it for another 3 months) She then worked with me on the setting, and without anything more than a picture of what I was looking for, created the perfect setting! The ring turned out GORGEOUS! My fiance is thrilled with it, and gets numerous compliments every day. (I have made a lot of husbands and boyfriends angry at me as their significant others have pointed to our ring and say things like "why couldnt you have taste like this?") I couldnt encourage someone more to shop for their jewelry at Trinity Diamonds! From 2000 miles away they did me right. I will be forever grateful! An absolute PLEASURE to work with!!

Simply put, Joanne and the team at Trinity Diamonds have made me a customer for life...and Im all the way in NJ. I met with Joanne and the Tucson Gem & Mineral show in the hopes of buying my wife a nice ring for Valentines Day and also to celebrate our 10th anniversary. It had to be diamonds and sapphires. After looking at their site, I had a ring in mind. But after meeting Joanne in person, I wound up with a much nicer ring than anticipated...without spending a dime more than I had budgeted. The level of customer service I received was second to none. Joanne spent quite a bit of time with me going over bands...and even brought loose stones to show me, so I could pair up the right band and sapphire to make it perfect. She really took things up a notch by not only replacing the stone, but re-sizing the ring, too...and doing it in less than 36 hours, because she knew I was flying back to NJ. It wasnt just about the sale though. Joanne obviously knows her stuff, but she was a genuinely caring person through the process. Never before have I handed someone money...then given them a hug. Joanne knew this was a special purchase and treated it as if it were her own. Absolutely amazing. Like I said - Trinity Diamonds has a customer for life. I am really looking forward to doing business with them again!

I had been researching local Jewelers around Tucson for a few weeks, and happened to stumble upon Trinity Diamonds webpage, after doing some online window shopping for a few more days I decided to call Trinity to see if they could work out a special time for me since their store hours coincided with my work hours. Joanne not only told me they could work around my hours, she also encouraged me to come that day to look at what they had in stock. I had a specific budget in mind, but had a little wiggle room, and when I got there they had different rings set out for me to view, some well below my budget, and others over my budget. The pressure to buy was non-existent, all Joanne wanted me to know is that the quality I was getting at Trinity could be compared to any other retailer in town, and would surpass any Mall retailer around. Joanne matched me with an engagement ring at the budget I had set, but the ring I received was well below the set retail value. I may have called her and come in to see them on the right day, as I honestly felt I got an excellent deal on a beautiful engagement ring. I would highly recommend Trinity to anyone in Tucson, if your looking for the special ring I suggest you give them a try first and not waste any time anywhere else.
