I am extremely inexperienced when it comes to diamonds, and Steve and his staff at Boudreau Jewelers was extremely helpful during my first visit. He told me all about clarity ratings, colors, flourescence, everything I needed to know to get the best quality diamond. Together, we picked out a great diamond with which I was quite satisfied. I was given a date for pickup that was within my required time frame, and the ring was ready exactly on time, and it looked perfect. My fiance loves the ring, and I do too. It looks infinitely better than any of the rings I saw in other jewelry stores. And the service was great throughout the entire process. Good service and personal touch. I didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride. They will clean your ring every time you come in and they are very good at recommending things for guys who have no idea what is going on. I had a great experience with Boudreau Jewelers and Gallery and was able to get a great ring for my now fiance. Highly recommended!

Ive had my grandmothers engagement ring for many years and many relationships. And finally found the one and only woman that ever wanted to give it to and deserved it. The ring, however, was not in any shape ready to be presented. Missing its main diamond worn down details and a loop sided shape. I was afraid that I had no idea what it would cost, or if it would be possible at all to bring it back to life. Steve at Boudreau Jewelers to the rescue!!! One review about this place said something like: “trusted, honest, dependable" or something like that. And that what hooked me. I dropped it off with Steve and he gave me a very very reasonable price to have a new diamond set, the ring restored and fitted with my lovely girlfriend on pickup. I dropped it off Tuesday I think and was ready Friday but picked it up Saturday. Seeing it again for the first time my girlfriend opened the box I was stunned! I mean floored!

Steve and Boudreau Jewelers are all very talented, highly professional, very thorough and can do just about anything you need to be done. Ive brought him watches needing batteries, rings that need resizing, even jewelry that needed to be polished and he did an excellent job for each. He was able to polish a heavily tarnished necklace and make it look brand new, like the day I bought it. When I had my ring resized he also fixed the prongs on my stone to ensure it didnt come loose and get lost. I have visited other jewelry repair places before and he does an excellent job for a reasonable price, lower than other places I got quotes for. I always make a point when I travel through here to stop and see Steve, I wish we had a trusted jeweler like this where I currently live. I will gladly drive 4 hours out of my way to get things fixed right the first time. Trusted & Professional.

I made my first purchase for myself at Boudreau Jewelers while at NMSU. Over the years, I have shopped at many other stores throughout the EL Paso/Las Cruces area, all over the country and the world. I’ve never really had a go to jeweler that I considered of any merit. Since then, I have made many subsequent purchases for myself and my wife. We have finally found a reputable and trustworthy Jeweler that we can call our jeweler. Why have I kept coming back? This is best summarized by the high level of class, pressure free professionalism, and wonderful customer service I have received. It’s no wonder this store in Las Cruces has been around forever. I can’t thank you enough for your recent help designing the ring and guiding me through the process. I had faith in your expertise from beginning to end. My mom was so touched we could use her mom’s diamonds.

I can strongly recommend the repair quality and service of Boudreau Jewelers and Gallery. We first met Steve and the great staff at Boudreau jewelers over 6 years ago when my fiance and I purchased our engagement and wedding rings there. We had so many questions and were intimated by other stores we went to. Steve was so great and wonderful to us - he has become our "Jewelry Guru" and we truly trust him and his store. I get ALL of my jewelry and watch repair done here, but how I found them was; we got my wife’s engagement ring resized and appraised here and the process was a million times quicker than some of the other spots we looked into. When a stone became dislodged in her ring, they fixed in in a day for a ridiculously reasonable price. Every time we deal with them, theyre courteous, responsive and friendly. I was a little intimidated going into a jeweler but they make you feel comfortable right off the bat. Hat’s off to Steve and his staff
