Bought a Movado watch and the lady that sold it to me didnt know how to properly adjust it. Lucky there was a nice gentlemen there who did, she then ignored me until I got the watch properly fitted. Not great on customer service and furthermore she didnt take the time to learn how to adjust the watch for future sales.

Over and over again. They have the worst customer service. I live closer to the Tucson mall location. But I rather drive to the park mall because they dont treat you like poop there.
