This place is a complete joke with the worst craftsmanship I have seen in addition to customer service being questionable. Dropped my ring off to get resized and re-dipped. I have a very unique ring with black inlays and when I got it back, the ring was missing half the black inlays and chipped in other areas. Earl the manager and Valerie the sales associate were passing it off like there was nothing wrong with it, yet you could clearly see that there was. Sent it back again to another jeweler to fix their mistakes for a second time. After waiting weeks with no communication, we picked it up on a random follow up to see if it was completed. Again the ring is chipped in multiple places and they think its "fabulous, with great craftsmanship"... Frustrating is an understatement.

I wish we never moved from Ahwatukee, AZ because the Samuels Jewelers in Mesa at the mall is the best. We are currently living in TN and none of the Jewelers can hold a candle to Samuels.
