Received the worst customer service at this store! My husband purchased several pieces of jewelry from this location, in particular, a tennis style bracelet. I brought the bracelet back as I could now fold it in half, indicating a hinge was broken. They sent it out for repair and I received a phone call 2 1/2 weeks later that the repair was completed. When I entered the store, I discovered the bracelet was not repaired and at that time the representative present, Kelsie, called the repair person to question why they sent it back not fixed. The repair shop indicated the bracelet is not repairable (they would have to remake the entire bracelet) and that the store should replace the bracelet. Kelsie advised me that the store manager was not present and she could not make an exchange without his authorization. I called the next day and was told that they would not replace the bracelet and that I would have to wait until it completely broke in half and possibly lose it. I will never spend another cent in this store and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Great service, very helpful, kind, and patient. It did take a long time for them to ship my ring, but they made up for it in customer service.
