I recently sent my cousin to Park Avenue Jewelers in Oro Valley. She had a wonderful experience picking out a wedding ring. I read the other reviews and really cant understand why his competition would write such a bad review. I have taken all my jewelry repairs here for years. It is sad to see the evil ways businesses compete for the dollar. The owner is a very polite and caring individual that always puts the customer and his or her needs first. He is very competitive in his pricing, and his service is excellent. Please dont let his competition scare you off. He runs a honest and fair business. I will continue to recommend Park Avenue Jewelers to my friends for all of their jewelry or Gold buying needs. .

I just bought my Soon To Be- Fiances engagement ring! Todd was very helpful making the right decision on which ring to get. I really felt like I could trust him, which is not the experience I had at Marshalls or Zales. I ended up with a much nicer ring for a fraction of the cost that I had seen at other jewelry stores. Todd seemed to care more about what would work the best with my budget, and what would make the woman I am giving it to the happiest, than he did about getting the sale. Thats why he got the sale. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. I just cant afford to.

The service and quality of work was impeccable. The Park Avenue team fashioned a ring jacket/guard for my diamond engagement ring and it was not exactly what I had envisioned even though it was beautiful... so he offered to change it for me at no no cost so that I would be happy. Who does that?!!!! I would never use another jeweler other than Park Avenue after this experience!! Would I recommend Park Avenue to others...Yes!!! and I will.!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable service - I had several rings with gemstones that I could not identify, and with the help of the team at Park Avenue, the mystery of my rings is now solved. Be advised, the wide selection of jewelry at the store may have you coming back for another visit!

Does not allow customer to see the weight of gold he buys. Made what was undoubtedly a low offer on a very fine ring. Dont go here until you shop around and know the weight of what youre offering.
