Beyond unprofessional - Unreachable, I called literally like 10 times a day to make an appointment for an eye exam. When I finally got them on the phone after days of trying, the lady processing my appointment needed to confirm X info and promised to called me back. Obviously that didnt happen, so I went back to my multiple calls per days until 4 days later the same lady answer the stupid phone and agrees to give me the appointment for a Wednesday at 10 am. I got there a few minutes earlier as advised etc. The business was CLOSED, I waited and waited for about 30 minutes. I called like a maniac with no luck. Anyway, i never got a call/email/anything to reschedule or an apology. Dont waste your time and money on this business.
