The 2 women that work there are very sweet and helped a lot with finding the right pair if frames for me. They even assisted me with understanding my vision plan a whole lot better then I when I started. Dr. Hilton is great also... My exam went well. I was in and out with No time wasted. I did have a bad experience when I called to make an appointment for my daughter. This woman answered the phone and had the worst attitude. She is not one I believe I have met yet... Guess she may be there when I take my daughter in. Really hope shes not though... Cause one bad apple will definitely close my eye to Downtown Opticians for good.

I have been a client of Downtown Opticians for over 10 years. I work downtown and it is so nice to just walk over there when I need my glasses adjusted and they are always happy to help and fix up whatever you need. They accept insurance and their prices and selection is great. Dr. Hilton left about a year ago, which I was sad to hear but hopefully they will find a new doctor who will be as good as he was. I would not go anywhere else.

Downtown Opticians was such an amazing experience. I was helped by Melani who was amazing! She was not only very patient but was 100% devoted to getting me what I needed. Along with the great customer service, I was also very happy with their prices! :) Will be coming back for sure :)!

I was a client of Downtown Opticians years ago before moving out of town. Im delighted to see that the same staff is still there and just as friendly as ever. I called a few places in town and they also had the best prices on my contact lens exam. I would strongly recommend them!
