I called from another optical for frames information. the women who answer the phone was so rude and disrespectful to me she stated that she was to busy to help and then hung up on me. I then called back thinking that it was a joke or something but she answering and said the same thing. I real think when having a business of any kind that customer service is really important to have especially over the phone.

Im very lazy to write reviews, but when I come back to this place, I remember why I have to write a review. They are awesome. Theyre very kind. Theyve knowledge about frames, glasses. I highly recommend this store.
