This has to be the single worst purchase Ive ever made. My mother is a two-time cancer survivor, and Im in the process of renovating her home/replacing all her appliances. Id shopped online for a new frig for her b-day, picked a model, then found a similiar model for what I thought was a great deal; a LG LMX28988SB 28 cubic ft. French 4 door. Best Buy cleared them out at $1899 but was out. Brandsmart had them in stock for $1499.88, $200 for ext. warr., and $119 taxes. For a $2700 retail model, total $1818.75. Price was the ONLY good thing with them. I called twice a week before placing the order to make sure there would no problems getting it to Mom (she lives in the country/outside their local del. area in Fl.) and if thered be any extra charges for taking the doors out/setting it up. I was told no several times; also Sat. delivery, no problem. Placed order on 4/18, called back 4/19 (Thurs.) to confirm order and set delivery for the following Sat. I was then told I couldnt set delivery b/c the freight shipper delivers on their schedule, and that Brandsmart/shipper wouldnt bring the unit in and set it up, the exact opposite I was told before. Got mad, cancelled order, then re-instated it, and was left scrambling to find someone in a rural area to bring the unit in (since BSUSA wouldnt fix the problem theyd created),and thats if there isnt a problem getting it to her house. The freight company only uses semis to transport, and she lives down a dirt road. Got over those two issues (I think), then I get a call from the shipper today (4/23, delivery is for 4/25) saying Brandsmart is canceling the order and wants the frig sent back b/c they think its fraud. This was supposed to be a surprise, and Id asked for Mom not to be called. When the shipper did (message didnt get passed), of course she didnt know anything about it, so shipper calls BMUSA back but no one calls me (BMUSA says their system shows several calls to me over 3 days; my caller ID/phone records say otherwise; BM sent an email to shipper on 4/20 to return frig to them, two days after the order, and the day after I got the other mess fixed). Got that cleared up over two hours this morn. Short story, if you arent in their local area, dont do biz with this company. Customer service is almost none existent (if you get someone named Vincent in C.S. or Greg in shipping, ask for someone else), and you may be hearing the word "sorry" a lot. I pray I never have to use the warranty...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, LIARS, UNHAPPY ASSOCIATE!!!!... My friend purchase a kids samsung kids tablet at brandsmarts West Palm Beach location for her son at a reasonable price and I thought that would be a great idea for my 2 year old son Christmas gift. I later found out that WPB completely sold out. The service associate check the computer and found 7 at the Deerfield Beach location and advised me to call so that it can be put on hold until i get their. I called brandsmart Deerfield, after being connected to the respective department the associate answers the phone WATS UP? I said hello twice the associate kept saying WATS UP?. I politely asked if this was someones personal phone number or brandsmart the associate Emoni replied YEA DIS brandsmart WATS UP? I asked Emoni if she could help me with putting a tablet on hold until I get their to pick up. Emoni replied in a very rude manner WAT TABLET? WE GOT ALOT SO WHICH ONE YOU WANT? i gave Emoni the information that the associate gave me at the West Palm Beach location. Emoni took my first and last name, phone number, address Emoni presented a ticket number and informed me that the kids tablet will be at the desk waiting when i arrive but i MUST be their by 6pm (it was 5:30pm i was still standing in the wpb loaction) After begging Emoni for some more time out of desperation she said ok whew!! Finally arrived at the Deerfield store only to find out tablet not in stock. I asked to speak with a store manger I was directed to Craig.I can go on but this is all im going to say about store manager Craig.NOT APOLOGETIC, ABSURB BEHAVIOR, VERY INSULTING, NOT A PEOPLES PERSON, NO CUSTMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER . never again go back to brandsmart

What a bunch of Creepy Scammers Ashley and Jonatan at this store. I came in to buy a $1,500 Canon 80D camera. The sales guy Jonatan told me I was pre-approved for their BRANDSMART BONUS BUCKS ACCOUNT for $1000 and if I was interested in getting the card. I told him the card would not even cover the cost of the camera and not to bother, especially since Ashley said they would do a HARD PULL on my credit, which I did not want. I planned on using another card anyways which had plenty of limit to cover the $1500 cost. GUESS WHAT ???? They ran my credit anyways, without my permission and did a hard pull, which I later found out through Credit Karma. I received nothing but aggravation and many phone calls to sort this out and get the hard pull removed from my credit history. Been on the phone for an hour tonight with the Deerfield store and still have gotten nowhere to find out how this happened. DONT TRUST these lrresponsible sales people. They will mess up your credit just so they can claim another account was opened up. Kinda what Wells Fargo bank has done by opening up bogus customer accounts to make it look good for investors and boost the stock prices up. Really... someone should be going to jail over this and I am seriously considering returning the Canon 80D camera I bought from them. What a bunch of Creepy Scammers at BrandsMart. Pay cash and avoid playing their credit games.

Terrible store, poor supply to chose from and horrible service. My family and I came into the store in order to look into buying a desktop computer, and we found an incredibly small selection of desktops in general, but especially the tower for a desktop, which is what we were looking for. They litterally had three different towers to chose from, and two of them were, according to the labels underneath, the exact same computer, just in different colors. Later, when we decided to get one of the two, we found out that the label for this computer was inaccurate, and that the computer that we had been intending on purchasing was of much lower quality than the label said, having half the Ram, and half of the memory, and having an AMD processor, rather than intel. At least the worker who we informed this too, was nice about it and quickly replaced the label with the one that should have been there, but I honestly have trust issues with getting computers there now. On top of this, there was a higher up with a cowboy hat who was brought over by another worker after we requested to see desktops that were on sale (ie. Previous display models) and she brought over a single All in One, and when we politely tried to tell her this was not what we were looking for, she litterally sneered at me, and kept pushing it, disregarding my explanation for why it was not what we wanted.

Incompetence to the next level! I went to buy a water bottle it took them 23 minutes to get it together & cash me out... They could care less that I was waiting so long to buy 1 item, they told me it was discontinued and then a woman came to help out and she took longer than the other confused girls!!
She then took my water bottle to go downstairs on the floor to compare it to another bottle and she never came back for another 10 minutes!
This may seem like a joke, but its not! Today is Friday, January 19th 2012. I was going to just leave but it really was the last pink 1 left, any normal level of management or supervisor would have grabbed another bottle in the same price range and just charge whatever that was for the inconvenience, instead they chose to keep me around for 25 minutes with less than an apology.
This is not the first time this level of incompetence has happened, last time I was asking about a food saver and the woman said I dont know read the box! I think they go around collecting the most inept workers they can find... or maybe 1 day Ashton will jump out and say you just got punked!!! This place sucks!!!
