So I walk into the front whats the first thing I see, a broken needle syringe , next I ask where the bathroom is, some old guy takes me to the Back where the bathroom is. Words cannot describe the horror I saw as I walked to a simple bathroom, let me not get started on the inside of the bathroom, next I go to the lawn service section, a really nice lady helped me pick out some Roundup, everything went fine until she asked me if I had a dollar to buy a cigarette, Home Depot really needs to manage his employees better. Stop picking people and hiring people from rehab centers, if I would have stayed any longer I think I would have became addicted to heroin.

Its a good place to buy small stuff. I went to get a quote for a counter top and I was ignored by the associates. As soon as I said I was leaving someone showed up but they were with somebody else. I gave that person about 15 min before I got fed up and left. I told them I was leaving and as I was leaving another associate magically appeared to help me. Ive never had to pull teeth to spend well over a grand in my life.

I like Home Depot, but not this one. There is always a load of people outside that will walk out in front of you while youre trying to park or when youre trying to back out. Also, there are usually always homeless people out front begging. I do not like this along with many others that I know go here. I dont like my wife going here alone. Feels like its from a horror moving. Go to a different one if you can!

Sandy at customer service is extremely helpful and a very nice lady. I called looking for a very specific item. She located it in the store, and verified they had three in stock. She made sure there would be at least one there for me when I arrived to pick it up. My brief meeting with her upon entering the store confirmed my suspicion that she was a very kind person, not to mention great at her job.

This place should really drug test, saw a guy by the bricks with bloodshot eyes, if an OSHA inspector saw that, the company probably would have been shut down, they take safety as a joke in here, its not going to be funny when somebody gets hurt, if I dont feel safe Im not going back, I rather pay someone to do the work for me, worst experience at Home Depot ever.......

Sure they have all the tools and parts. Experts? Customer service? Anyone to help in the rows and rows of stuff. You can stand there for hours and not be asked if you need help. And they have no idea what there selling if you dont just happen to get one of the actual handy ones. Oh but they sure put ppl all over the store to sell credit cards.

Their new policy is going to ruin them! Now they only accept store credit of you have your license or id on you!!! They claim its because of you dont then that means you stole that gift card!! And also They no longer accept returns with no receipts!!! This place is getting worse everyday. New policies to screw loyal customers over!!

Worst place to go. All the employees are at the breakroom. There was no employee available to help customers. I Waited for help that never came. I ask one employee to get me someone his replay was, Im sorry i am working undercover. WTF? I end up going to Lowes and Got help right away for my project.

Julie in returns needs to be fired!! They ruined this store!!! Lines are so long that customers cant get through!!! Employees claim that management forces them to drop shifts in order for them not to qualify for benefits nor overtime!! This results is no customer service!!! Empty aisles!!!

I called back and asked if i can speak to a manager to help me and again i was put on hold for another 10 min without any help. Home depot wasted my time , they did not answer any of my questions or give me any help!!!! Do not ever call them shop elsewhere if possible.

There is never an associate to assist you and when you ask for an associate they call one through the PA system and they never show up...we waited for 35 minutes for someone that never showed up and ended up trying to figure it out ourselves.

I love the Home Depot in Florida city its huge the staff are very friendly theyre very hands-on they take care of anything you need they work with you on everything they even walk you to the items that youre looking for its awesome.

Only regret that when theyre running specials, Items run out within hours, like advertised offers on Fridays. They should have more to satisfied customers regardless of demand. Limiting one or two per client
