Dont know where all the rave reviews come from. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Been here a few times and always left disappointed. This time, however, I feel I need to let people know how bad this place really is. Found a refrigerator we wanted for $1500. Typically the fridge is $3000 so thats awesome right? Nope. You need to buy their warranty to make sure everything is covered because the manufacturer will not cover certain items such as computer boards. I was good with that until they asked $750 for a 5 year warranty. Sure you can roll the dice but youre screwed if it breaks tomorrow. The salesman was an idiot and their service is horrible. He was just an all out liar. There was a nice older gentleman that we had talked to the night before at close but he was not a salesman so I we said we could wait until the next day to purchase our fridge as long as he would hold it and he did. Thats why we came back. My happiness with the place stopped there. You will wait a long time for service and you will be gouged on the warranty and thats if somebody actually helps you. Went to Lowes and got a brand new one with a five year warranty. That warranty was $200. So I paid the same price for a brand new fridge. No forklift dents in it and not going to be holding my breath hoping Sears doesnt go out of business so they can honor my warranty. Its a shame they are so dishonest. Shame on you and no wonder youre slowly closing Sears. You deserve to go out of business. Never again.

I bought a refrigerator that had a couple of tiny dents in the corner of the freezer door. When it arrived at my house, there were additional dents in both door handles and in the face of the freezer door. I called to complain, and the Store Manager, Ron, ordered me two new handles and tried to order another freezer door. When he had trouble with that, he replaced the refrigerator entirely. On the second delivery, the team that delivered it was great!! they were very careful, and did no damage to either the refrigerator or to my walls (the first delivery team damaged my walls bringing it into the house). Im giving 4 stars because they responded very well to my complaints and they made everything right. Initially, I probably would have rated them 1 star (at least the delivery company), but their response was appropriate.

Something positive has changed at this location as far as the staff goes. While the atmosphere (in particular the lighting) is almost like Sublevel B-83 in Westworld, the guys had a positive and seemed comfortable there. It used to be real creepy going in there, but this was a better. The guys also made an effort to speak about good things going on that improved by image of the operation they work for. Lets hope that lighting the dark recesses and some signage on the walls and from ceiling. Might have been coincidence, but the manager James even was there when I picked up my merchandise. This guy was so patient with me and polite. I really hope this seeming turnaround continues.

Love Sears Outlet for just about everything for home! Had such a great experience shopping for a new washer and dryer. We got a great up-to-date pair for hundreds of dollars less than we could have found elsewhere. There was no pressure from the salespeople to buy the most expensive models, which makes me feel that they respected my budget. The delivery was smooth and fit great into my busy schedule. Well be checking the outlet before going to the regular appliance places from now on!

I am from outside USA completely new to everything here and I can attest this store and staff made me feel at home , guiding me all the way , being patient with all my questions and suggesting instead of pushing sales deals like other places. I wish more stores adapt the great culture of customer service and relationship management. I will come back to this store again.

Stay away horrible buying experience ( I mean non buying experience ) I bought a chair online and even called the next day to make sure it was avalible ( they said yes ) When I went to pick it up. There was no chair. then they claimed that someone contacted me and offered me a discounted floor model ( Which was a lie )

It had been a long time since I was in this store last but just walking in you can tell it had changed. When we came to pick up our dryer the guy at the dock got it very quickly and helped us load it in without any problems. Need to spend more time in the future just looking to see what all they have!
