This location is gorgeous. I initially rated it four stars, because it is so off the beat and path, to get to the nearest location I either have to drive fifty minutes to Middletown, to a less superior location, or 45 min. to the Stony brook location. I choose Stony Brook because this store is PERFECT, It is so clean, and the staff there is AMAZING. However, My message is for CORPORATE, Not this location. There needs to be more Aldi in NYS and North NJ. I lived in Ocean/Monmouth Counties where everything is close and easy to get to.. and there are so many Aldi, I could choose from several easy locations to get to. Upstate is different - everything is spread out - mountains, and it makes absolutely no sense that Aldi is not taking advantage and placing more stores up in this area. The population is here, the people need to shop, but they are not expanding in the area like they did down the shore in NJ. PLEASE open more stores in NJ. There is a vacant Store in West Milford NJ that was once an A&P supermarket sitting empty ... it would make an amazing location it would definitely generate a lot of money since the people lost that market

I definitely enjoy shopping here. Its mostly grocery and household items. The store is run extremely efficiently, keeps costs down and as a result the prices are surprisingly low. Its quaint in that you have to put a quarter in the shopping cart and you get it back when you return it to its proper place. Its just like my mother always taught me. Oh by the way either bring your own bags or pick up boxes in the store.

I like the place but the female cashiers are not that friendly. Just dont like how they throw the food in the cart. It had yogurt splashing all over because they throw heavy objects on the yogurts, broken eggs and the bread what can I say. Theres no need to throw the food in the cart like that. I know they want to be quick but theres many ways to be quick without destroying the food.

I hate that i have to drive 45 min to shop here.. But i do because it is the best store for food. They have organics for a fraction of the cost. Its ao easy and streamline to get your food and get out in a timely manner. And the people who work there become familiar faces, because they value the employees. They are happy to be there and it shows.

Great prices, great quality! I urge you to compare the taste and the cost to the products you know, trust and love. ALDI offers you that same quality (if not better) product at a much lower price.

Love the model that Aldi uses, no name brand items at low prices. The only issues are the produce is often a little older than one would like, but as long as you take care to check its fine
