This is a small Whole Foods but close enough to family that it makes sense to go here rather than to the location on Rt. 4. The parking lot is insane and dangerous because "healthy" customers cant be bothered walking 100 feet from the back parking lot, so they aggressively hunt for a spot in the front and clog up the whole entrance to the parking lot. The people that work at Whole Foods are great, except for the supplement section where they will scold you if your lifestyle choices are different than what they believe to be healthy. Then things get rather critical. My favorite part of the Whole Foods is the cafe, where I used to love to do work, but has gotten insanely crowded so there are rarely any tables available these days, and the last couple weeks it has been sweltering in temperature. I wish it were bigger. It used to be so chill (4-5 stars) but these days crowded and too hot (3 stars).

Had a bad experience at this Whole Foods--I was surprised that as I approached the Customer Service desk to ask a question, another worker came and was jabbering away in Spanish to the woman at the desk over spoiled items, despite the fact that I was there first and that I was a customer. When I asked my question, the woman at the desk was very curt is dismissing my inquiry. I later called in to report this poor service, and encountered a rude response where the person HUNG UP on me! The lack of customer service at such a supposedly reputable chain as Whole Foods is astounding. Not an inch of amiable service and honestly, their produce gives much to be asked for as well.

Whole Foods reputation for quality has gone down the toilet. Their staff are not as friendly, they seem overworked and strained. The prices are ridiculously high and they just arent worth the time it takes to go for a few specialty items, which is what Ive been doing for the past few months. I would rather drive the extra mile and go to Trader Joes where EVERYONE is helpful, friendly and the prices are much more reasonable. Whole Foods has outlived its once-shining reputation. I got tired of having to find non-expired fresh items and dairy items. Who needs that? They definitely need a new dairy manager if she/he is letting the expired items stay on the shelves.

I will start with a "warning" that I got terribly sick after eating at the salad bar on Tuesday - March 22, 2016. I think it was from the salmon but could have been from the salad. With that being said, I absolutely love Whole Foods - the products they offer, the friendly staff and their company mission. I will skip the salad bar (and all others) from now on. I understand that with so many people have contact with the salad bar, things are bound to happen. Even though eating there had been a great experience up until a few days ago, the risk is not worth the reward.

This review is specifically from the perspective of a vegan. I love this location for its service and the fact that its rarely crowded, but the vegan options have been unfortunately dwindling over the past few years. While overall veganism is a growing movement in the US, this location has stopped carrying several vegan products that had always been staples of mine. The baked goods in particular are lacking from previous years. Very unfortunate because I live so close to this location, I shop at Closter and Bergen Town Center most often now.

Ill start with the bad first: 1. The prices... but everyone knows Whole Paycheck is expensive. Even their "normal" stuff which you can find in Kings sells for a premium here though. 2. The parking. This place is always packed... no matter what. People seem to follow you out to your car at times making it incredibly frustrating. The good: They have great food! If they got their parking sorted out, and maybe were a bit more fair on items you can find at other supermarkets Id definitely come here more!

I have been shopping at Whole foods for many years, but this is the last time I am giving them my money. Twice the fish and three times the chicken was smelly. I always call them to tell them about it and always basically told me that these things happen. They offer to give me a refund but this is happening too often lately. GOODBYE WHOLE FOODS. What happen to you?

The food selection and customer help are outstanding, but I have also purchased food that was spoiled. This was particularly true in the dairy and fresh soup departments. The date was not expired, so the problem might be in the handling of the products. This does not seem to be a problem in other departments, like produce.

an employee at this whole foods was harassed and called racial slurs by a customer and whole foods responded by FIRING the employee. I have no support of a place that does not have the integrity to stand up to racism. Clearly this whole foods would rather allow their workers be abused than lose one customer.

Great food, but I wouldnt be surprised if I was being overcharged. Just the other day my cashier asked me to verify the price of some peppers -- she should know that, and that isnt something you should ask the customer of all people. Employees definitely seem like they could use some more training.

Not the biggest whole foods so it wont have everything the late ones have but they Ave everything that I need. No wine though which is a total bummer because whole foods has great cheap wine for events where you need a lot of wine. I like getting flowers here.

This is a nice Whole Foods, but smaller than others in the area. Every now and then it doesnt appear as spotlessly clean as other Whole Foods, but never to the extent that it would cause an issue, or make me worry about the awesome quality of the products here.

Too expensive and customer service isnt that great. Otherwise, for the smarter or more specific shopper this place can be a breath of fresh air. You just cant be in a rush and have to be willing to read the labels on everything!

Definitely not up to the standards of other whole foods locations. First time here. I am sure its convenient for people near here but they were out of everything I came for. Its tiny and some of the staff is less than pleasant

Over priced. Not a very good selection of produce. Very clean. Friendly staff. Came here to buy fruit for my boss and found the selection kind sparse. Im not really into shopping here so I guess my review isnt very helpful.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. I like the more personable neighborhood store instead of the larger stores. The whole body for nutrients is fabulous. The store is easy to shop to do a quick run for what I need.

By now you know what you get with Whole Foods. Good service and great products. Although, this Whole Foods is extremely inconvenient when entering and exiting and compared to others small with a limited selection.

Bakery department needs some improvements. I have got a chocolate chip muffin today (4-16-13) & it was the worst thing have ever had. I guess this store has no manager

Great selection for one of the smaller Whole Foods that Ive been to. Just wish they had a larger selection in their prepared foods section for when Im short on time.
