They lie and,mislead,to,close their sales. I would have rather just gone to a legitimate Verizon store and,not this rip off. Be careful Chelsea will tell you that you are being,charged taxes on the phone plus activation fees, thats,not the truth they charge you set up and,go fees thats an,extra charge a real Verizon store doesnt charge you. Furthermore when we recieved our 2nd,bill after paying 180 up front already we went to a different,store and,found out Chelsea hadlied so now we have to pay the activation we thought we had paid for. We signed up 2 weeks ago today to go from,tmobile to Verizon and it has costed me 582$ and,my so called,brand,new g6 doesnt work,right. We want to cancel however even though we are in our 14 days we would,have to pay cancellation fees and,restock fees. This place is a rip off and,the,manager Aj is a joke who doesnt reprimand his employees. So now Im left with am,upset husband and -582 with a phone that is,glitching and no recourse this is all,over the,course of the 4 hours it took them,to switch us and,it still,took 2 days to port my,number. . So please be careful of these people in the hampton bjs pretending,to work for Verizon.

I got my new phone from the Verizon store near Coloseium in Hampton Vs. Baillie the girl who helped me was AWESOME and her boss needs to know this. She made the transition to a new carrier painless. Her attention and Customer Service was outstanding!! I cant say enough how easy it was with her help. The whole process was easy and was 20 minutes to complete. I will recommend her and Verizon to all my people.
