So a couple days ago i went to the York,PA store and got amazing service! Guess what!!!!! I got amazing service AGAIN at the Lancaster store location this time. I was greeted immediately when walking in by a young lady "Kat" and to my surprise Edna was there and made me so happy again! I was having problems setting up my icloud account and happened to be in Lancaster since my job involves a lot of traveling. Edna directed me to Kat who helped me resolve my icloud issue immediately and showed me a few tricks with my iphone i didnt know about! TALK ABOUT TECH SAVVY GIRLS! They were once again so amazing! I wish every retail store was as caring and detail oriented as the Cricket Girls in York and Lancaster!! Thanks once again girls!

Visited this store twice and had less than professional customer service both times, including from the store manager. We wanted to purchase phones but the store had no phones of any kind in stock either time, citing delayed and/or lost shipments. In addition, one of the staff members made fun of the phones we were currently using, laughing and making jokes about how cheap they were. Thankfully we found a brand new store opened at Rockvale Outlets and went there, where we had incredible service.
