This is the worse Verizon store I have ever been to: 93 Coliseum Crossing, Hampton, VA 23666. I have been there several times and was stupid enough to go back. Stay away form this store. We went there tonight and signed in on the automatic computerized sign in. The first 3 in front of us left because they could not get helped. Then when our name was first the lady was looking to see who to take, saw the young gentlemen standing there and began asking him his name and what he was there for. He had just walked in the store and was several people down the list behind us. She then took him instead of us. I had it and left. Stay away form this store. I am mad enough to switch to AT&T , get the global iPhone. Here is the problem, THEY DO NOT CARE. I have consistently had struggles at this store. Maybe there needs to be an undercover boss show on this store, but Verizon may discover how bad their customer service is.

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life!!!! They tried to change my service to Verizon and caused my account to be completely destroyed in the process due to lack of education on how to switch over accounts!!! My telephone which I had for the last 9 years was totally lost, and caused my iphone to go into a security lock!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR YOU ARE DOOMED FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I showed up!!

THIS IS THE WORST VERIZON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They are so rude and in no way try to help you. We have been to multiple verizon stores who let us access an account with the password. This lady asked for out ID and said that there is no password we could give her. She told us that all the other stores were doing it wrong. She was very rude and took advantage of the fact that we look young. Do not go to this store. You will waste your time and leave empty handed.

Terrible service! Bought iPhone 6 and iPad Air. iPhone didnt activate properly had to go back and spend 2.5 hrs waiting for them to figure it out. Still not working right. Didnt have the iPad so they had it shipped. They got the address wrong! 4 days and counting, Still havent recieved it!! If you dont want a stressed out, frustrating mess, I advise you to try another location!

I found the salesmen to be deceptive at this location. While upgrading my grandmother-in-law to a smartphone he grabbed accessories off the wall without even asking if she wanted or needed them. Only when I directly asked her myself if she needed the accessories did he mention the price of the items. Make sure you know what you are paying for before you leave.

I had about a 10 minute wait, which isnt too bad for a cable or cell phone store in my opinion. Technician made every effort to recover my phone and info. Was unsuccessful with phone but I didnt loose too many pics and contacts. Was very helpful with phone choices, and after all said and done, I walked out with a new phone and a lower bill.

If I could give a zero star I would ! Horrible customer service ! The only thing they are worried about is getting commission off of selling you a phone. Forget about getting help after that. They are rude and down right sneaky! Sprint treated me better than Verizon and thats pathetic smh. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Worst customer service ever. How do some of these people get hired? I waited for 10 minutes to get help and when I finally did get help, the employee was clueless. She took no time or effort in figuring out a solution to my problem. "Sorry dude" was her response. Unbelievable! I will NOT be visiting this store again.

Horrible customer service and Maria has the nastiest attitude, it is never okay to dispute the customer in regards to your error. Especially when they are well aware of the product that they are in search of. Very laid back unprofessional atmosphere.

After being very rude during the entire exchange, the technician deleted all of my contacts from my phone, and then refused to admit that she did so. Her manager believed that she did delete all of my contacts, but did not seem to care.
