Okay this was a horrible Verizon store. We went in there there were two clerks both were waiting on people so if we had to wait and when we finally received we asked about the new pixel phone and were told that they did not have any in stock that Verizon was only really giving him to their stores that the company owned and not the official whatever theyre called distributors or whatever they are he said they had to work with what they had tried to sell us another phone and I dont really looking for the pixel so we ended up going to the Bel Air store but they only had 2 in stock and they are a real distribute distributor store thats owned by Verizon so they did not use the excuse that Verizon was only giving a small sample so it seems to me like even though they were advertising the phone because from what I was told every store only got one or two or just advertisements and then they would order them as people would request them.

I bought a new S6. The staff took the time to teach me about new features that I didnt have on my S4. They were knowledgeable and helped me to connect my phone to my cars Bluetooth! Thanks for going above and beyond! Verizon customer for life!

Poor customer service poor management ...... Go to White Marsh or bel air avoid this store at all cost they will rip you off and tell you to call Verizon however they cant help you because this store was the one who riped you off.
