HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took three sprint iPhones in to add to my family plan with AT&T ,they were very enthusiastic about adding three phones to AT&T but after they attempted to add them they told us that they were locked in to sprint and they now cant get into them ,so they locked up three iPhones and said they cant just unlock them again ,I left the store with three locked up iPhones and havent been able to unlock them since horrible customer service!!!they also said we should have known not to bring sprint phones to their store , I think they should have told us they cant transfer them before even attempting it and locking them up!!????

I recommend getting an appointment before you come to the store. When I was there walking in with the hopes of someone actually helping you right away was out of the question. What especially drove me crazy was that there were employees there (greeters I suppose) standing around that could have helped wait on customers but didnt.

The service here is good as long as you are willing to wait in line. They are attentive to the customer which means that each sales person works with one customer at time. Basically dont come here expecting to be in and out in a couple of minutes. On the other hand their repair services are quick and knowledgeable.

I will drive 30 min further than my local store just to use thus store. Customer service is amazing and the wait is usually reasonable. They will always go out of their way to help their customers. I had to go through the entire Samsung Note ordeal and they were AWESOME and considerate the entire time.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and a nice variety of products. We were greeted at the door and the wait for a sales associate was not long. After your visit is over, the associate who helped you actually holds the door open for you while you leave! A really great AT&T store

The girls work together, if you have a phone put out by ATT, And it is not working correctly, dont assume, you need a new phone! My GalaxyS6, was being bad:) Took it there, she fixed the settings, new phone On these computer phones, turn no app off. Thats the secret.

Super quick and friendly service. Helped port my number from a prepaid company whose customer service was nonexistent. Just this week, they fixed me up with a new SIM card in less than 5 minutes, and at no charge, after I lost it when I was out of the country.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been waiting for almost 45 mins for someone to help me. Meanwhile 5 associates stood around a table and socialized. Would never recommend AT&T to anyone. Youre better off with another carrier. I dont matter
