By far the worst customer experience I have ever seen. I went in one day with my fiance just to glance around at what was new. The salesman acted as we werent even there. When we told him that we wanted to know the cost of a new plan, he immediately jumped up at the sound of $$. When we started to talk to him about this new plan, he went ahead and processed it without our consent. So he pushed a new phone onto us when we didnt want it in the first place. Then when we told him that we didnt want it, he charged us a $35 restocking fee because the device was "used". Furious at how ridiculous this guy was acting, we then went to the next Verizon Wireless retailer down the street. They helped us beautifully. So all in all, if you want to save money and save time, do not come to this store.

Store associates Nick and Bryan were extremely helpful and professional with my visit at the Verizon location 2017 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD. Their customer service, professionalism, and their concern for providing me with the best customer service I have ever received from any Verizon store. This store alone is in my opinion the best Verizon store in the entire upper Harford county area, and that also includes them being better then the corporate office located in Bel Air, MD. I will highly recommend this store to everyone I know who has Verizon and is thinking about switching to them. Sadly, I can only provide a 5/5 rating for this store when in reality it deserves a 7/5. Thank you to both Nick and Bryan for their excellent service.

This store is top notch! Ive been to other Verizon retailers who couldnt care less about their customers, but these people are different. I purchased a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 smart phone from them, and when I mailed in my rebate information, Corporate decided not to give me my rebate, saying that the code had been used by someone else (which was bogus). I went to the store to see if they could help me. They checked the paperwork and verified that I did everything right and on time. The manager gave me my $100 rebate in cash right out of the register and said they would take it up with Corporate. Customer service like never before! Keep up the good work guys. Youre a diamond in the rough.

I went to this store thinking i might get a new phone. I was greeted by Nick who introduced himself. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and showed me the latest phones. I left with some thinking to do. I decided to purchase a new phone and when I walked in the store he again greeted me, by my name. Impressive. Long story short... He was most helpful and what I appreciated most was he did not give me the sales pitch. He let me decide what I was going to do. Best experience buying a new phone, ever... and Ive bought a lot. Please, go see Nick if you need a phone or just have questions. He was wonderful. Thanks again Nick..

This place was pretty cool. Walked in here for the iphone 6 and 6 plus for my wife and I. they had them in stock. We were told that because nobody had them in stock their manager had decided they werent doing any upgrades unless you also purchased a verizon jetpack and plan. Otherwise they could do an order for you but not let you have one in stock. Very creative price gouge technique, I must admit. Unfortunately for them the iphone 6 was in stock everywhere (Bel air had 50 in stock). Walked into the Bel Air store and just happen to also pick up the last 6 plus. Mission accomplished without the price gouge.

Topnotch customer service! I came into this location 2 days ago to pay my Verizon bill, and Robert promptly greeted me, and began pulling up my account information. I figured that it would be a quick transaction. However, he noticed that my bill was much higher than it should have been, and insisted that we dig further. He spent almost an hour of his time to find me a solution, without me even asking! This guy deserves a raise, and truly knows what customer service is! I am, once again, a happy verizon wireless customer! Thank you, Robert! I will be returning, and spreading the word throughout the community!

Be careful to get new box phone with all of your hardware. I bought a new Samsung phone and i am pretty sure it was a returned phone because the equipment in the box was repackaged and there was no paper documentation. I also was surprised that the phone does not come with new earbuds. After checking with another store, there should have been earbuds with the phone. Thanks Xavier... This store is where we always get our phones and normally has good service.

Had to stop today for some technical help. I travel frequently for work and had some questions about WiFi calling. The tech was extremely helpful and even went as far as setting everything up for me on my phone and explaining how it worked. Its nice to deal with a group of guys who really knows what customer service is! I would highly recommend this store and its people for all your cellular needs. Keep up the great work.

Eric and the gentleman are amazing!! Patient Professional, kind just a pleasure every experience is a pleasure!!! You never walk out of the store with an unresolved issue. Their are a few stores closer however, I would rather come to the store where I know my issues will be taken care of, you are always greeted with a smile and no question asked is looked down upon. Overall the staff is AMAZING!!!!

Nick was very polite and equally professional.He was able to figure out that the new phone i had purchased the day before had a rare glitch continuously saying it must wait 24 hours. in less than a half hour Nick was able to find and resolve the issue and was very patient.Needless to say I am leaving a happy customer with my brand new S8 actually usable now. Great job and HIGHLY recommended.

Had one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a Verizon store. I came by to get assistance with trouble Ive been having on my phone for quite a bit now. I received exceptional service by a young man named Shaundre. I must say, he knows his job very well and Im more than happy that he was able to assist me with my phone troubles. Highly recommend !

Xavier and Chris were knowlegable, kind and supportive. They helped me in resetting my email and setting up my new phone. Really went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. I lost all of my pictures but they helped me to retrieve them, they worked together to make sure I was taken care of and entertained while I was waiting in store.

Been working with guys at this Verizon store for an hour to fix an issue from the corporate office. They have been most helpful, and have helped me make an educated choice regarding which phone would be best for an upgrade. New crew of guys, great service. Far better and more honest than the Verizon store up the street!
