Richard and Tiffany are the ideal standard for costumer care. If you are looking for furniture you should stop by this store. Richard has a very wide and well informed knowledge base of the furniture he sells and will share all of his knowledge with you. We did have a problem with the couch we bought, (manufacture defect) however without any question or reserve both Richard and Tiffany ( store manager) gave us multiple options to remedy the problem from exchange to refund. They are both amazing personable, warm, and friendly. Thank you to them both and I will be shopping here again even though there is two big lots closer to my house.

Great place to shop, also great place to find things that other companies have discontinued over time. Its like a clearance rack store. They sell everyday household items, groceries, furniture, batteries, tools, and other useful items at reasonable prices. They also offer items on their online store now. I will be continuing to shop at my local Big Lots store.

Big Lots is a good place to find things that arent sold anywhere else or even things that arent being sold anymore. Its cool because they also sell furniture at modest prices. On a good day you may walk in and find some rare items that no store may ever sell again.

They are moving over to where sports authority use to be....by Wal-Mart everything was 50% off they have some prefabricated furniture left and kitchen utensils but other than that its empty until the other one opens up!

Store is always sort of a wreck. Lots of mess. But I must say can generally find something that is worth checking store out. Keep in mind cheap prices generally mean lack of quality.
