The service at this store has been pretty awful. I was promised a credit every month after purchasing the S7 Edge. It has been almost 5 months and I still have not received the credit, let alone the retro active money from the last few months. I have called the store 3 different times, and turns out that the person that sold me the phone and promised the credit was the District Manager. No class to the sales team, and is very poor in customer service. As a Sprint customer for 11 years, the next time I go to this mall for phone service, it will be to the AT&T store 50 feet away.

Not a very happy experience. I bought 2 phones less than a month ago and had horrible reception with my phone. I went to return both phones and cancel my plan. Well the 1st day I went in to the kiosk they were gping wave all return fees and give me my refund after waiting for a hour and a half for return codes from upper management there Internet connection was lost and could not help me anymore. Ever since Ive gotten a run around to return my phones and waive my fees and get my refund. NEVER GOING BACK TO SPRINT! GO PREPAID OR TO VERIZON!

needed to get out of my rediculously expensive at&t plan so i checked out sprint in the park city mall . Spoke with a kind fella there named marco and he got me rollin with a new phone and affordable plan for me and my wife. I will def. be coming back to this location to deal with any problems i have or to refer people . Marco was very knoledgable about plan layouts and phone specs . He made it so i could understand my plan better and helped us setting up our phones too. Thanks marco! Keep up the good work!

My girlfriend purchased a new phone here with the promise that she would receive a monthly credit on her account. After 5 months of arguing, we have yet to receive any such credit. It appears that the DISTRICT MANAGER offered us a deal when he shouldnt have and has refused to deal with us directly or honor the deal. This is misrepresentation and I will be contacting upper management to file a complaint. Take your business to the AT&T store 50 feet away or the Verizon kiosk across the lobby.

Every time I visit this kiosk, no matter who is working, I get outstanding service. They never try to rush me, even when theyre surrounded by customers. Even though this is a tiny kiosk, and not a store, theyve created an atmosphere that is inviting and welcoming! If youre a Sprint customer, or looking to make the switch, you cant go wrong with these guys!

I have been dealing with Heather P. at the kiosk at Park City Mall in Lancaster, PA all day today. SHE IS AMAZING!!! I had to run back and forth to Verizon so many times - it was ridiculous!! She is the most patient person possibly EVER!!! I am so happy I switched to Sprint from Verizon because of Heather!!! Please thank her many times over for me.

I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with the staff here. Theyve always been entirely professional and helpful with any and all issues Ive brought to them. Theres no problem they wont tackle and try their hardest to help you resolve. I couldnt recommend a provider retailer higher than the crew at Park City. Keep up the great work!

I walked into sprint yesterday to see what options they had for phone services coming from a prepaid provider. The staff was extremely helpful and got me all set up with my new Samsung galaxy! Couldnt be happier , service is great, phone is great, and the staff was more helpful then any other service provider in the mall I have been too!
