Poor attitude. When I went into the store, it felt like I was inconveniencing the woman who was sitting slouched like she was at home watching tv. She had a fleece over top of her name tag or else I would call her out in this review and to Sprint. I had a phone that stopped working and already talked to an online service rep who referred me to go to a sprint store for replacement. When I got to this lovely place of "business", I stated that my phone wasnt working. She cut me off saying, "What do you want me to do about it?" I mentioned that it was still under warranty and she immediately said, "we dont do warranty work" and handed me a piece of paper with other store locations...so I guess she at least did that for me!? I suggest driving the extra 10 miles to a different store.

Well, actually I loved the Sprint store manager Chuck. It had been a week of frustrations, exasperation, irritation, aggravation and all the rest of those unhappy synonyms! Until we walked into the Sprint Corporate store on Portsmouth Blvd in Chesapeake and was rescued by Chuck. He solved my Sprint nightmare late Sunday afternoon and Monday morning still conscientious of my problem made a phone call to the store where my trouble all began. The week I had a Sprint phone, I was plagued by dropped calls and horrible customer service, I did love the iPhone 5c and Chuck.

This store is normally always busy, but recently purchased a new phone and the sales associate was very helpful. I admit I was a bit undecided when trying to figure out device I actually wanted and I just wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. Jason was very helpful with helping me make that right choice and very friendly also. He was very patient and courteous and wasnt just trying to make a sale he was very informational about the product that I purchased. Hopefully this experience will helpful to other who criticize their customer service.

Terrible Experience. Sprint as a company is great! however this store isnt very good, in-fact they are awful. Went there to get my service changed from one phone to another and the customer service was terrible. Basically told me they couldnt do it if the phone wasnt bought from Sprint. Which isnt true went online and they did it for me in 5 minutes. I highly recommend going online first before wasting a trip to this store. The sales associate I worked with was lazy, unhelpful, and had a major attitude.

If you visit this store please ask for Sherry. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this woman helping my family out in need. Long story short, she stayed at the store one hour past closing and even called us later that night, (at least 2 hours after closing) to let us know our accounts were straightened out. She needs a huge raise in my option, as she went ABOVE and BEYOND the realm of her working hours! Thank you Sherry. It is hard to find workers like you in this day and age.

This store, hands down, lacks any form of customer service. Their service representatives are slow and very poorly trained. Their assistant manager cant remember his left hand from his right. We purchased an EVO from this store and have had nothing but problems since. To get anything done, we have had to call 611 to have a mysterious voice on the other line dictate what kind of service we should receive. Dont waste your time going to this store. Youve been warned.

Greg (sales associate) had the worst customer service ever!! He needs to mind his own business and help the customer!! The management needs to retrain these staff on how to deal with customer and their needs!! The lady I normally deal with (Sherry) wasnt there! But if you need to go to this store please ask for Sherry and if you ever have to get help by Greg, I feel sorry for you!! I gave 1 bc I cant give a 0.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The WORST customer service possible. I have visited and I have called this store and I would drive across the state to get to another sprint store. This place should be shut down. The rudest most ignorant people you would ever want to deal with.

Called them twice and they put me in hold for 15 minutes then it hung up on me the second time I called they didnt put me on hold the guy straight hung up on me... could of been an accident but then I came in and the service was slow and bad like they didnt want to deal with customers

I came in to get my discount through my employer and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took their time to set up other things on my phone for me as well. I believe the managers name is Chuck. He was super helpful...as were all of the employees.
