I love this team. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all my problems with AT&T. They have spent relentless hours helping me solve my problem. Ian Hey has gone above and beyond to help me with a phone that was stolen by a "friend". He truly cared and insisted on helping me when no other AT&T rep or AT&T customer service rep would. I am truly greatful . I would recommend Ian and his team and suggest everyone come to The Wireless Experience on Fruitville pike. They get

Ian who was labeled as a wireless did not listen and was snarky . When presented with a phone that was not connecting data but was able to make calls decided to just replace the sink card. Handed the phone back to me and said here. When I said thanks but still no data. "I didnt sell you the phone " So I can not help you. Never had such poor service from ATT.

I seemed to know more about the process and promotions than the rep that helped me. He left my personal information laying around on a few occasions which made me really uncomfortable. T-mobile moved to Ephrata and has much faster data speeds around Ephrata anyway, so I let them pay for me to switch and now I am happy again.

Drove past the one in lititz (dont waste your time going to the lititz store) to go to this one at my teenage sons recommendation. Dealt with Ian, and another gentleman (missed his name) awesome service, very friendly, took care of what I needed, and made sure it was done properly. Would highly suggest to anybody.

Expect to be talked down to and made to feel like youre wasting their time. Do not bother with this store and take the drive to Park City Center since it is an actual corporate store and not just an "authorized dealer". I could go on serious rant, but instead Ill say, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
