Trashy store. Very small (think about 4 cubicles put together). There were 2 customer service guys in there, both looked pretty rough but were polite, and one asked if I needed help which I didnt. There was 1 other customer in there who looked like a very large homeless man and he talked with the other rep. My purpose of the visit was to look at model phones to see which ones performed best, but sadly the store only had 2 available to look at. Both were iPhones. Both of them were very dirty and scratched up, and one of them was dead while the other one shut down within 2 minutes of using it. There was also a piece of paper taped to the front door that said there was a special offer on iPhone and we needed to ask customer service. We asked, and was told the offer was no longer available (why wouldnt they just take down the flimsy piece of paper off the front door?). I felt a bit dumb for driving 25 minutes and not being able to try really any of the phones and accomplishing nothing, so I figure Id spend a few minutes to share my experience so that it had some meaning. Overall this is by far the most ghetto phone store Ive ever gone to and hopefully will ever go to. I cant comment much on the customer service because we didnt speak to them much, but they did seem eager to help and were friendly, but seemed a bit unprofessional (no traditional greetings, how may I help you, have a nice day, etc etc etc)

I need to find out who is the property manager . Because this store will open at 11:30 am , when it says open at 10 am . They put signs up today saying gone to lunch will return in 30 mins . That was an hr and a half ago . And counting .. This past Sunday , I went to the location and sat out there for an hr for them to open . Customers were also waiting . Then leaving . Hrs had passed . So I left and kept calling all day to see was anyone gonna work and answer the phone . So I decided to call boost Customer care . Which was also unhelpful because they called the store also . But said they have no idea why the store isnt open . And they have no say so over boost stores .. So they end up opening around 2:30/3:00 oclock Sunday . I got to the store and asked the lady ( what time did yall get in today ? N she replied ( we opened at our regular time ! . I said really ? She said yes , we were open because I was helping a customer w his phone ! She lied to my face bad! I told her , I was here w other customers and you werent in here ! So I gave her my phone and told her bout the problems I was having . So she takes my phone delete my call log , n tells me problem fixed . Only to have the problem happen again 5 mins later ! This place is doing that shopping center no good ! The customer service is horrible and this place is open when they decide to open !
